Absolutely terrible service!! Very short lived visit. Walked in as normal saying “hey how’s it going” to the young man behind the counter. Right out the gate me and my wife were ignored. So naturally I answered for him. As we walked up to the order area he turned opposite of us and went straight on his phone. While this man is working we will not be dining with this specific Subway, it was rather rude, unprofessional, and ignorant as the younger age is now days.

I ordered my meal to be prepared at 4:15 at 10 am. I walked into the restaurant at 4:13 with the app saying my order was ready. I didn’t see any food on the pick up rack and the worker was working on orders for the people walking in. I asked politely and was rudely responded to and sassed saying that he was swamped and would get to it when he got to it. Then, 20 minutes later after all the people from the rush had finally been served, I stood up to get in front of the line and he cursed under his breath. I then finally received my sandwich 30 minutes later.

I had the best experience at this restaurant. The workers were friendly and helpful, their names were Josh and Aaralyn. They made my food with care and everything was delicious! I will be stopping again when I come through this area!

I was in the Harrells location about a week ago. There was a line to the door with only one new lady working. She is definitely a people person because even though it took a minute to get out of there not one soul complained. She's great and her sandwich was great too. Good job Brenda
