I was in the Harrells location about a week ago. There was a line to the door with only one new lady working. She is definitely a people person because even though it took a minute to get out of there not one soul complained. She's great and her sandwich was great too. Good job Brenda

Today I went in and got 3 subs BIG mistake the tomato had mold on the and she put that hand full in the trash but the rest from the same batch was still being used and sold to the people behind me ... then she dropped something on the floor and picked it up and didn't wash her hands i know they put on gloves , but still that's just nasty ..

Food is always good but the service and the way they handle customers is just strange. Three people working one day and two of them were stocking while one employee does everything. Customers be damned. Always talking on the phone or just hanging out in the kitchen. Sometimes someone will just stand at the register and do nothing else to help the other person who is taking the order and then making the whole sandwich.

The server talked on her phone using her ear buds while fixing the sandwich. When it was time to pay she didn't say how much just hels out her hand. When I asked how much she turned her whole screen around for me to see the total. No napkins, when asked for some napkins the server that fixed my sandwich was sitting on the counter in the kitchen area still talking on the phone. The server that was sitting in the booth talking on her phone making plans for New Years got the napkins. Finally when I got to the car and unwrapped the sub it was not closed and my vegetables were out of the bread and I had to put them back in. I will Never go back. I told my boyfriend and his response was "oh I could have told you about that I went there once the customer service is bad they don't care."
