I went through the drive through at lunch and was asked to pull up so they could cut down their "window time". With other cars including work trucks leaving the parking lot and a very narrow lane to pull up to I did not feel comfortable doing so, so I stayed put with no one behind me.Little miss thing working the window took it up on herself to then hold my food hostage while she yelled and chewed me out for not moving up. I normally do not write reviews, but in this case I have to.Her behavior was unacceptable, and the way she spoke to me was extremely disrespectful. She clearly has no idea how to speak to customers. Ironically she was more concerned with "improving their times" then actually making speed and/or service an actual priority.

The girl attitude at that speaker today 02/10 at 11:25am was awful ! She ignored the ONE question I had and cut me off when trying to confirm the question I asked because she got silent and gave no answer. No cars in the line! And no customers even in the store! She doesn’t want to be there! My coworker went last week and said the same thing! She wasn’t lying. ??? and by the way the question was simply asking can they heat the turkey a little for my sandwich ! As my sister is expecting and I wanted the meat heated !

Fairly quick drive-thru experience. I wanted my family to try the roast beef sandwich. I'm the only one that ordered it, though. They tasted mine and liked it.They did not put the sauce in the bag, as I requested. My wife had the fish sandwich and she said it had too much tarter sauce...so, she wiped some off and ate the entire sandwich. Crinkle fries were tasty...as was the apple turnover.I enjoyed what was left of my roast beef sandwhich, although I had to dip it in some leftover chic-filet bbq sauce.

The manager, Barri and her staff were awesome. Very friendly and accomodating. Food was great and fresh and restaurant was very clean. I spilled a drink on the floor and was attempting to clean it up and they insisted that I sit down and enjoy my meal and they would take care of it. Everything about this visit to the store was A+

Excellent atmosphere, music, cleanliness, service, and sense of urgency. Absolutely kind and polite manager and staff as well and the business has very clean restrooms. Not going to be nit picky about little things like faint smudges on the mirror etc that normal people don't notice but I will say the entire restaurant was optimal in sanitation and also the environment was enjoyable to stay in. I dined in and had a great experience from the beginning all the way to my departure. I was asked frequently if I needed anything and if the food was great in which I replied with yes it was. I highly recommend coming here because you're definitely not going to hate your time here if you dine in and I normally don't go through the drive thru but I noticed their speed of service was also pretty swift as well. I've worked in restaurant management for 8 years prior to this year and I would say that the employees are excellent and everyone seems to get along quite nicely which also is promising for a healthy work environment. I love their curley fries and I also ordered some boneless Buffalo wings, few beef and cheddar sandwiches, fries, and some chicken nuggets. All the food was hot and fresh, very tasty, and I give this a 10/10 definitely. I will be returning more often and I hope others do the same because it's a great spot. Cudos to management as well.
