Waiting almost 50 mins for a sausage biscuit with extra icing on a Bo berry biscuit is insane! No apologies for inconveniencing me or nothing lol nor any straws but quick to take your money tho. And when I received the biscuit after all that waiting , NOTHING was fresh about it. It was old, just close this location not hitting like it did 10-15 yrs ago

Been here twice to pickup orders and both times were absolute garbage experiences. The first time I was told “we don’t have any chicken ready right now because we didn’t expect to have any customers” at 4:30pm?? which is an absolutely insane thing to say out loud. This time I went I waited 20 minutes for them to finish making Supremes and then an ADDITIONAL 8 minutes because when they finished my order nobody bothered to tell me/give it to me. In almost 30 minutes of standing there nobody thought it would be good customer service or even just basic human decency to offer a drink for the long as hell wait. This place just straight up sucks and deserves to be in a “we didn’t expect to have any customers” situation.
I’m a pretty patient person but this last visit had me leaving shaking-levels of angry.

I came yesterday and ordered food and today I came back because they forgot some things I didn't get the whole meal back they said only bc I was missing wings which makes clearly no sense I was not able to get the correct sides last night so they gave me those and then last night u got hard burnt biscuits and didn't get tea last night they gave me lemonade so they didn't accept the principal of it or care what they gave people back we just wanted our full meal this was a waste of time

I shoul have known better to try this Bojangles again. My husband had to take buffalo bites back because they were over cooked and couldn’t eat them! so we tried again 7-31 for buffalo bites, a 9 piece, could only eat 6, the others were overcooked and so hard you couldn’t bite into them. My husband complained before, and it was said that some of the young worker didn’t take pride in their job. We stated buying them when the first came out, and they aren’t even as big as they were in the beginning. Never again!! Done!
No stars. This is THE WORST Bojangles I have ever been. Just a bunch of teenagers working - not working. Just goofing off. Waited for 10 mins for bacon they had not even started. Asked about our sandwiches and they realized we expected our food. The fries sat in the bag and are barely cooked. We don’t even eat one.

Dirty tables and dirty floors, and employees sitting with their feet on the chairs, they run out of side foods, takes more than 15min to give us our food and we got in at 7:49 pm

Service was great , no wait times , the lady who took my order was sweet , the only disappointment was the disgusting bathrooms, for the life of me I don’t understand how bathrooms are nasty at 9:55 am with overflowing trash , I just don’t get it
