This location is so bad. The workers always mess up your order and don’t season the fries. Always forget the biscuit. If I wasn’t already home I would be going in to let them know how incompetent they are.

See why this place has low rating I also was told to pull up after ordering in drive thru..except 2 cars were already in front of me of being pulled up too
So they told me to pull into a parking space be just 1 minute…after 4 mins of waiting i had to drive back around to drive thru only to tell me Pull up they bout to bring it out waiting on fries .. Then I asked for refund and they say ooh they bringing it now
She handed me a bag but as i left i ate a fries only to find out they were old
This place needs to be investigated as they will get somebody sick with old food they are passing out and being in the wrong wasting people time and money

The food was super greasy and my chicken/biscuit tasted stale or like it was cooked too long. After the first few bites I threw it away. I would not recommend eating at this location I’ve never had this experience at any other bojangles

Please close this restaurant or hire people. 5 mins waiting at counter, never had anyone come to register. Went to drive thru and was told it would be at least a 5 min wait to get a chicken biscuit. Please hire management and get this fixed we drove across town to another Bojangles.

Imagine coming to a fast food restaurant & having to wait 45 mins for food. Then on top of that pay for sauces that you don’t get, then having to deal with a manager with a nasty attitude. We’ve always had problems at this one location but today was real bad. To see people come back in and complain of food smelling like cigarettes is crazy. At this throw the whole place away cause it’s a no!

Food was good but the service was extremely slow. Took over 20 minutes to get my order because they were waiting on biscuits. On a Saturday morning at 9am.
Genuinely one of the worst places to attempt getting food in Harrisburg. Me and my partner placed a curbside order for two bo-sized supreme boxes. We arrived to discover that you have to call to let them know you're there, but the number listed both in app and on Google were disconnected. So we went inside, noticing that the health rating is 90.0, and waited 15 minutes before someone came up to the cash register. Someone did walk up once, but she was on her phone and turned around without acknowledging us. Finally someone walked up and asked for our order, and when she walked away to grab it we saw that it had been sitting at the counter the entire time. Food in hand, we left. Only after we pulled off did we realize that nothing was bo-sized, we had no straws or sauces, and the extra tender my partner order was inedible. This is the kind of quality you get when a restaurant is ran by a bunch of barely lucid stoners that struggle to put chicken tenders in a box.

This morning, we had a HUGE biscuit order for pickup. (We had an employee celebrating a large anniversary milestone.)
The Bojangles staff handled this with grace and care. The lady at the front of the store greeting and taking orders was so kind and friendly. Biscuits were delicious and our employee felt special!

I work next door and eat over here almost everyday.. they work so hard and they’re always so busy and I feel so bad for them because they are always dealing with the nastiest rude people… the workers are always so professional and nice!! I don’t understand why people have to be so rude to fast food workers!?! That’s a HARD job!! Ive worked at many fast food places…They deserve more credit!!
