After going through the drive through waiting what seem like forever I order their special 2 country ham biscuits for 5$(I will attach pic's)After getting home I opened my 1st sandwich mouth watering ready to eat and the bread fell apart in my hands. No problem I said to myself I will just put it on light bread.While sitting at my kitchen counter I said to myself I hope that the 2nd biscuit was better than the 1st my sandwich cannot possibly fall apart again ? or can it..?Well it was worse.After calling them a couple times and getting no answer I took it back.I walked to the counter and the lady said I'm sorry sir We are not open for dine in.I ask for a manager she came out looked at my sandwich apologize and had my order re made.I ask if I could get another drink with that lol and she said was your drink messed up also- my reply Nooo but I wasted gas and time.

I had a coworker pick me up a grilled chicken bowl. When I opened my chicken bowl. The chicken was raw throughout. Raw chicken is no joke.

The staff was absolutely rude at the Drive-thru. While we was trying to place our order she kept rushing me to hurry up. Got to the window after 30 mins of placing order. Then we notice the girl at the window looked like a young kids that didn’t want to be there. We were told the reason why it took a long time that they were running out of food. I will not return to that Bojangles again.
Extremely disorganized. Only one man doing every job in the restaurant while all of the 'kids' stood around. Very long wait, orders wrong or missing items. There are others down the road which have to be better than this location.

Absolute worst Bojangles I have ever been to! Extremely long wait times, very rude employees, and the food was disgusting, hard fries that are barely seasoned, the chicken supremes were decent but everything else was horrible! I will never be returning to this location and I suggest the same for everyone else.
