This place is a joke! I recently went there and picked up my food in the drive-thru. To my surprise, I wasn’t even thanked. When I confronted the girl who claimed to be the manager, Anna, she rolled her eyes at me. After I pointed out that it was very disrespectful, she said she couldn’t hear me over the fan, and I told her that it was customary to always say thank you to the customer. But guess what? She didn’t even do that! I asked for the district manager’s information, but she couldn’t even provide it. This place is a joke, and you can never speak to anyone who will take ownership of their actions. If I were the manager, I would feel horrible about the service they provide. Honestly, they don’t have to worry about me because I’ll never be back. It seems to me that with this rating, management would do something, but they don’t care!

This location is horrendously slow, the staff is rude, and the online orders are either prepared incorrectly, or not on time. I’ve submitted numerous complaints to chipotle but they don’t care. I’ve asked to speak to the manager many times, but they never reach out to me. Be prepared for unfriendly interaction and slow service if you decide to visit this location.

I ordered Chipotle through Uber Eats and honestly… this might be the worst experience I’ve ever had with this chain. The delivery was ridiculously slow, and when the food finally showed up, it was a complete disaster.
I got a burrito bowl, and it was cold, sloppy, and so poorly thrown together it looked like someone assembled it blindfolded. There was barely any meat, maybe six lonely strands of lettuce, and the whole thing tasted like it had been sitting out waiting to disappoint me.
At this point, I wouldn’t just say “don’t order from here.” I’d say run. Based on the other reviews, this location is consistently awful, and now I completely understand why their rating is basically in the basement. Save your money, your appetite, and your sanity—go literally anywhere else.

By far the worst location I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of sofritas. The lettuce/salad is always wet and soggy, and the amount of food you get is way less compared to other locations.
Serving old dry rice is not a pleasant experience. When the rice hits the bottom and it's dry please throw it OUT do NOT serve it!
Another dissatisfied customer here. Everyone harps on portion sizes and rightly so based on two visits to this location. This time it was an empty restaurant on prime time lunch and all the food on the line looked like it had been cooked at 6am, half empty and dry. I ordered a burrito and side of guacamole and chips. The line cook very deliberately scooped the guacamole on the side of the 4oz ramekin to fill it half way. It was a motion that tells me that this is what they are training him to do. It’s clear the staff is unhappy. Won’t be back.

The reviews for this location make sense. As someone who’s worked at Chipotle, I do hold them to a standard. I don’t mind paying extra when it’s warranted, but the experience today wasn’t it.
I ordered through the app, went through the Chipotlane, and waited minutes before anyone came to the window. When I finally got my order, I asked politely (and stated if possible) for a tortilla on the side as i forgot to add it via app. The first person said nothing, just stared and walked off. Another employee came back with it, put it in a separate bag, stalling i guess to work up the courage to say, “We’ll give it to you today, but it’s extra next time,” with an annoyed smile as if it gave them a hard time lol.
The veggie bowl itself was fine, but the guac tasted like plain avocado with cilantro and onion, — no tomato/onion, and the chips were half crisp/half stale.
Simple fix: treat people with respect and take pride in what you do. Customers notice both the food and the energy. We’re paying, not the other way around.

I had a less than stellar experience at this Chipotle. The African American lady making my food was very rude and was throwing my ingredients everywhere. After she finished my order she said… “I’m tired of these folks ordering to damn much,”. I will not be returning. The cashier and cook were very nice though so kudos to them.

Asked the sista with the bun and one AirPod in her ear for a burrito and I asked if she could rewrap it and she told me to come in tomorrow and clocked out after. She didn’t even check me out. Gentleman in the back with the jumbo headphones was mad chill tho so was the cashier. Burrito making sista did me wrong tho.
