I was at Dunkin at 12:00 today and there was a young girl in front of me who got a dozen assorted donuts and a pink drink. She goes to pay and the young man that took her order said, ā€œyou good ā€œ she said no my mamma is paying and hands him her mom’s card. He said no you good and she walks away, free everything. I look at him and order my coffee and donut, yes, yes I had to pay for my food. Wonder how often this happens???

Drank an iced coffee, from there, I got through the drive-through a couple of hours ago - Made my stomach violently ill. At home, now, I've had to postpone my whole day. What the heck is going on, back there? Manager do they ever clean the nozzles? Ugghhh.

I frequently stop at this Dunkin in the mornings before work. Mostly using my mobile app for the rewards. But everyone is so pleasant! I’ve never had a negative experience here. There is a woman in a blue shirt most mornings (I wish I knew her name) who is amazing and super sweet always! There is a good team here, they all deserve a raise, just sayin’ 😊😊

I had an issue with my order not being charged correctly for a promotion item. The manager on duty Shania was rude and not helpful at all. Since it was a mobile order she just kept repeating like a deranged parrot ā€œcall the number I can’t helpā€. Food was lukewarm and coffee was worse than gas station coffee. If you use the app just hope you don’t have an issue because you will get no help at store.

We usually get Coffee Cake muffins. This morning, they were out again. We thought about having a couple of cinnamon donuts instead, but they don't carry those anymore. Seems like their bakery choices have dwindled from what they once were. We finally settled for a couple of coffee rolls and a Hazelnut iced coffee. When we got to the window,
they had the rolls but no coffee, so we had to wait while they fixed the coffee. Also noticed that while in line we were stopped several times for an unusually long time as though other orders needed extra attention.

I have been patronizing this Dunkin’ Donuts for years.
They used to have a very consistent and very good morning staff, up until about two months ago. Since then, the timeliness of service has been unusually inconsistent. Sometimes, the drive-through line is a very average wait time. At other times, I have waited up to 35 minutes(!) in the drive-through line prior to arriving at the service window.
I miss the former morning consistent staff, their hard work, and their consistent Friendliness towards their regular clientele.
