Frozen Kups is a hidden gem! The frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious, and you can tell everything is made with care. The place is spotless, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I was a regular here and brought my two boys in every other week or so, but the owner was extremely rude to me today. When paying, I was holding a $20 and waiting to see what the total was to count out some change so I didn’t get a bunch of coins back. The owner reached out for my twenty and I asked what the change was on the total so that I could give it to her. She snapped at me, “Just give it to me, I can count!” That’s no way to treat a customer, let alone a regular who has always been polite and has two well behaved kids. We will not be back.
