This restaurant has been really bad since COVID. They have never returned to regular hours. Every time I pass by and think, let's grab a bite, their lobby is closed early, or the entire store is closed at insanely normal business hours. We tried to eat there tonight, but the store was closed at a little past 7:00PM on a Tuesday.
Update: Hardee's reached out and explained the situation to me. They are struggling to hire enough people to staff the restaurant. It seems it's just the way it is these days, hard to hire people to work. I can't blame them for that, they are trying their best from what I could tell from our conversation. April was wonderful to speak with and we are going to try again to eat at this location. If they can keep staffed, it is a good restaurant and the food is good!

One of the cleanest .. most well staffed... nicest staff... even the kitchen staff smiled at me from the back while loading food... and even clean bathrooms. I'm from SC but if i lived here I would def use this Hardees on a regular basis. Great example of how it should be!

The Hardee’s in Harrisburg is by far one of the best fast food restaurants I have been to in quite a while. Because no matter what I know my food willl be prepared correctly. I can’t think of one other fast food restaurant, that I can say this for. Have been going to the Harrisburg Hardee’s sometime now and actually will choose this restaurant over countless others because of this. Keep up the good work Hardee’s Team members!!!!

Ever since Hardee's stopped using the Angus meat on their burgers it just sucks. The meat is not near as good and you still have the extra long cook and wait time. Terrible mistake to stop with Angus. No Angus my monster burger anymore means no money from my wallet. You can expect to drop the quality delicious product for a bland sub par product and not loose business from customers that have been loyal for a lifetime. I couldn't be anymore disappointed. Used to be my go to decent fast food joint. That bull shit might fly at a Carl's but won't fly with your patrons Hardee's. Damn shame
