I have come here 4 times over the past month for a milkshake and everytime they say its out of order. I give up. I will take my business elsewhere.

Used drive thru. My burger was cold. The lettuce & tomato were fresh but no ketchup on or offered for fries. Just mayo on the burger. Bun also tasted like it had been sitting there & edges of the burger were burned. Not up to traditional Hardees standards. Husband had special burger with BBQ which he said want anything special. He wanted to give it a 1 star.

The food was great and a very nice and friendly woman helped me and took care of my order. She was too kind as i was in a hurry to see Game 7 Nba finals. I hope to get served by her again so I can get her name to post it.

We stopped by to get breakfast. My husband got home and gave our daughter her biscuit. She opened it up to add mustard and there was a bite missing from her sausage patty. I immediately contacted them and the manager acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I contacted the complaint line and received a response saying they could assure me that nobody took a bite. And they would refund my money which is cool but the experience has left a negative impact on our desire to order from there again.

This restaurant has been really bad since COVID. They have never returned to regular hours. Every time I pass by and think, let's grab a bite, their lobby is closed early, or the entire store is closed at insanely normal business hours. We tried to eat there tonight, but the store was closed at a little past 7:00PM on a Tuesday.
Update: Hardee's reached out and explained the situation to me. They are struggling to hire enough people to staff the restaurant. It seems it's just the way it is these days, hard to hire people to work. I can't blame them for that, they are trying their best from what I could tell from our conversation. April was wonderful to speak with and we are going to try again to eat at this location. If they can keep staffed, it is a good restaurant and the food is good!
One of the cleanest .. most well staffed... nicest staff... even the kitchen staff smiled at me from the back while loading food... and even clean bathrooms. I'm from SC but if i lived here I would def use this Hardees on a regular basis. Great example of how it should be!

The Hardee’s in Harrisburg is by far one of the best fast food restaurants I have been to in quite a while. Because no matter what I know my food willl be prepared correctly. I can’t think of one other fast food restaurant, that I can say this for. Have been going to the Harrisburg Hardee’s sometime now and actually will choose this restaurant over countless others because of this. Keep up the good work Hardee’s Team members!!!!
