We ordered two chicken sandwiches both were cold. Not very good.
Used drive thru. My burger was cold. The lettuce & tomato were fresh but no ketchup on or offered for fries. Just mayo on the burger. Bun also tasted like it had been sitting there & edges of the burger were burned. Not up to traditional Hardees standards. Husband had special burger with BBQ which he said want anything special. He wanted to give it a 1 star.

The food was great and a very nice and friendly woman helped me and took care of my order. She was too kind as i was in a hurry to see Game 7 Nba finals. I hope to get served by her again so I can get her name to post it.

We stopped by to get breakfast. My husband got home and gave our daughter her biscuit. She opened it up to add mustard and there was a bite missing from her sausage patty. I immediately contacted them and the manager acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I contacted the complaint line and received a response saying they could assure me that nobody took a bite. And they would refund my money which is cool but the experience has left a negative impact on our desire to order from there again.
