Jersey Mike's Subs

I got a mailer saying there was new ownership and had some coupons. I had it delivered as using the app today got free delivery. I was blown away by the size of the sandwich, it was packed with meat and just so very good! In the past I've ordered subs and was often disappointed, not feeling like I got value for the cost. If this is any indication of how the new ownership will run, I will be a frequent repeat customer. Thank you for a wonderful experience, just a great meal!

I went on a Sunday night to this location and was served by Daquon and another young lady. Excellent service and both workers were very professional. Better than other Jersey Mikes I have been to!

We were looking forward to getting sandwiches today, but changed our minds after entering. There was a young lady with nice, curly hair, all out, slicing the meats. Are hair nets not a thing for food establishments anymore? I did not want to chance a hair being found in our food since I had a bad experience prior at another establishment.

I had to come and compare the service from this location to the new one, which is one mile from me on Rocky River Rd. We'll, the verdict is that I will drive 5 mile away from my home to get the same food. I'm bad with name's but the gentleman that was there this morning was multitasking and did an awesome job. Good service is the reason why I would eat out. Thank you for the great service and talk.

I love coming to this jersey mikes . The staff always makes sure to clean the machine due to my allergies . The manager is a sweetheart and very kind man. I’m so thankful you can still find places like this location with good service and employees accountable to their work. Janette

I visited the Harrisburg location tonight at approximately 9:00pm and was greeted by one of the MOST professional, hardworking, and dedicated employees I have ever encountered at Jersey Mike's. Daquan (employee) had the fortitude to manage/operate the establishment singlehandedly all while serving customers with a smile. My food was delicious and made to perfection. I'm certain Jersey Mike's is PROUD to have such an amazing and committed person on their team. I truly hope his wages are parallel to his work performance which is invaluable to a company's success!!!

I have been to this location several times. My first experience was not very pleasant. However I visited a couple more times including today. I walked in notice it was just 1 employee named D. Taylor who was working, no other employees showed up due to an emergency. When I say this gentleman had the store spotless, he had the online/call in orders ready for pick up and worked on my order with a smile. Our sandwiches were made to perfection and right. Mr. Taylor was amazing and customer service was top notch. Thank you Mr. Taylor!

I had the pleasure to get the Big Kahuna (Steak ) to be exact …From the time I walked in I was greeted by Daquan with the brightest smile …And then Jake as well they both gave the BEST SERVICE EVER and my Big Kahuna WAS LIKE THAT !!! It was made perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever. This location has definitely became my favorite and I’ll definitely be returning.its my prayer and hope that these 2 guys are working because Everything was Top Notch and I’m grateful.And I’ll forever patronize this location ESPECIALLY IF THERE WORKING ! Absolutely The Best ,Thank you guys for all that you do .

Great food, but relatively expensive

Came in to eat with my family. 2/4 sandwiches came out fast but wrong. Two other sandwiches are going on 20 minutes since I ordered.
Wildly unacceptable.

I’ve been going to this Jersey Mikes since I moved here 2015. Today, there was a slight mixup with my food when I ordered it in the morning (no biggie, mistakes happen) and their manager Daquan got me fixed and situated. I’ve seen Daquan since I moved here and I’m truly impressed by his dedication, professionalism and his positive vibe. It’s difficult to find hard working people like him now a day's.

Jersey mikes is the best sub place EVER, I never go wrong with the Club Sub mikes way. I could eat it everyday. The staff here is super friendly and service is always fast.

Look I was against trying out cheesesteaks around here because of years of disappointment. When I tried the chicken philly and that #44 I am hooked. right amount of cheese and no grease. I think the manager name is Quan or something I cant remember but I ask for him to make it every time.
