They were invited to provide food for us for Employee Appreciation Day and the food was not good! Burgers were cold, fries were like trash from bottom of bag! They appeared to be overwhelmed or something but if and when you’re invited to show up to a company as big as CATS… COME PREPARED!! Maybe yo should hire and extra person in order to take on this type of gig!The line to wait for good was excessively long while ppl were on break! Please KEEP IN MIND for the next time…YOUR REP is on the line!! First and last time ever eating from this food truck!

The best shrimp basket I have had in Charlotte. You can definitely tell that they are seasoning their shrimp not your frozen premade. Not only does the food taste good but the customer service is great! The food is definitely worth the wait!! Also the truck is so unique & fun. Check them out.Menu options do vary based on location.

I went to a festival in the park downtown Rockhill, SC. I ordered 3 combos. I waited for an hour to give them the benefit of the doubt. They kept calling numbers spuratically. After a little over an hour I went up to the truck to ask about my order. They lost the ticket, so I was willing to wait a few more minutes for them to rectify the situation. They got the order again, but they started calling other numbers again. I inquired again to find out they put my order to the end of the line, so this time I just got a refund and left. According to people who actually got their food they are good. My advice to anyone who orders please keep this information in mind if it takes too long to get your food.

I dont know about there food but they sure don't know how to drive there truck with a trailer. Should invest in driving lessons instead of chrome!

What a joke this food truck is! Gave them my money at the jazz show at Victoria Yards uptown Charlotte, and wish I didn't. There was NOBODY else ordering so there's no excuse for it taking almost half an hour to get the food.Once I got my food, I realized why it took so long. Because they were busy overcooking the VERY thin flounder. It was DRY, and to add to the problem they had no tartar sauce! And only ONE packet of mayo (supposedly) in the whole truck!? Didn't help that I ran out of my beverage while waiting (because it took so long!).The fries were frozen Ore-Ida which I could have cooked better at home. And a few nasty tasteless overcooked hush puppies. I've eaten at DOZENS of food trucks around Charlotte, and this was 100% the worst. I really hate to give bad reviews and tear down local merchant but they obviously take no pride whatsoever in the quality of their food or service. What a waste of $25 for 2 orders. LAME.

I’m a little skeptical about ordering from food trucks, but I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the chili cheeseburger. The chilli was made from scratch instead of from a can. The burger was real beef. I thought it was a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I can’t wait to try it again. My friend ordered the lemon pepper wings and he said they were delicious!
