First and last time ordering here. They sent us something incorrect and refused to send a replacement because thr order had somehow come in through Door Dash, despite us literally ordering thru their own website and not Door Dash. I have a pizza I didn't order and literally cannot eat because of an allergy and they won't replace it.

Placed an online order ,when I got there they said they gave my order to somebody else ,why would you give my order to someone that don't have his name on it ! Then they said that they are going to make another one , been there for 1 hours without getting my order ,,whenever asked about my order status , they go huh! We don't know ,we don't see it on the screen ! Bunch of careless employees

I went to Marcos in Harrisburg 08/28/2025.I entered in staff was lounging in restaurant. placed my order..Pizza was made I never saw NO One wash their hands before attending to food…Pizza was cooked while staff sit in booths on phones.Pizza finished server sliced no gloves no hand washing at all…. Will never go to this Marco’s again…We just never know what are servers are doing before or during unless we see it..

I ordered my food delivery around 830pm to be delivered at 9:08 pm... well 9:08 came and went. I received messages stating my pizza was picked up at 8:47 by door dasher Xavier who later stated he was having trouble finding my address and a few moments later stated he had handed me my pizza when I asked for contact less delivery... well Xavier stole my food... I called the restaurant told them what had happened and the replaced my order free of charge and I had it in less than 30mins ... thank you to the person who replaced my order but sad to say I won't be doing Door Dash again.

Like I stated in another post on another location. I'm going to turn into a pizza. The Harrisburg Location is the location I always go to. I believe at this point the way I'm in the restaurant, they are going to know my name by heart.
Yesterday, I went in to enjoy the lunch special. I got my favorite new pizza. White sauce(which no one told me about until a few days ago), and ham, soda, and cheesy bread with the side with $5.

Good luck getting an online order been waiting 1 hour in a half for my pizza they said would deliver in 35 minutes. Called twice already both times said it was on the way.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at one of my go to pizza locations. My order was made totally incorrectly and the employee and manager were nonchalant about it. I drove 30 minutes back to have my pizza's replaced and was never acknowledged when I came in the store. Mo sorry for the inconvenience, no apology whatsoever. The person just checked to ensure the pizza's were not eaten, dropped off the new pizza's and walked away. Sadly, it looks like I'll have to find a new pizza spot.
