Like I stated in another post on another location. I'm going to turn into a pizza. The Harrisburg Location is the location I always go to. I believe at this point the way I'm in the restaurant, they are going to know my name by heart.
Yesterday, I went in to enjoy the lunch special. I got my favorite new pizza. White sauce(which no one told me about until a few days ago), and ham, soda, and cheesy bread with the side with $5.

Good luck getting an online order been waiting 1 hour in a half for my pizza they said would deliver in 35 minutes. Called twice already both times said it was on the way.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at one of my go to pizza locations. My order was made totally incorrectly and the employee and manager were nonchalant about it. I drove 30 minutes back to have my pizza's replaced and was never acknowledged when I came in the store. Mo sorry for the inconvenience, no apology whatsoever. The person just checked to ensure the pizza's were not eaten, dropped off the new pizza's and walked away. Sadly, it looks like I'll have to find a new pizza spot.

The George Liles location set the bar high, and all others don't come anywhere close.
This Caldwell shop had one, maybe two employees even pay attention to customers. My garden salad was half full, no cucumber, very little cheese and olives. Top it all off the toppings slid off the crust.

Messed up our order!!! 😖 We were not told that delivery would be thru Door Dash. And it took forever. After a looooong wait (over an hour) we finally received our items. We got the correct salad, but an entirely wrong pizza. Correct receipt was taped to the box so we’re not sure who’s to blame, the store itself or DD driver. Hubby had to call the store and wait on hold several times to see what they could do. He ended up having to go to the store IN PERSON to pickup a new / fresh pizza. What’s the point of ordering and paying for delivery, if we had to wait a long time and then the items we received are incorrect? Then it takes even longer to go retrieve the correct item in person. Inconvenient… frustrating… Not the best customer service 😔

Two large pizzas that were a whole lot of crust and not much topping. The crust was literally half the pizza. Some slices had one piece of topping. Deplorable. One was over cooked and the other undercooked. Did not taste good. One slice of each and threw the rest away.
