Wouldn’t recommend anyone to dine in (few seats designated to he more of a waiting area than formal dining). Pizza was great (ordered during superbowl so we had low expectations due to huge inflow of orders).

I typically order at the university location but this happened to be on the way home… I ordered my usual, the Large Pepperoni Magnífico … and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I even communicated to the cashier about it the lack of pepperoni’s and she was very non-chalant about it.

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Only one came and wings I didn’t order. I explained to the driver and gave him back the wings. He said I can go back and get it or I can tell them not to charge you for it. I felt bad because I didn’t want him to go back and we already waited 45 minutes. The charged me the full price even though he said they won’t. and I don’t have the receipt to prove it because I gave it to the driver to show him the order is wrong. I have ring camera footage though so Marcos pizza if y’all want to make this right. Let me know!

Ordered food for my family around 8:30pm and came into pick it up at the designated time only to get a story about why my pizza was not ready. I ended up receiving my order, cold, at 10:15pm long past time for my family with no candor or apologies from staff. The ONLY reason we didn’t cancel was because we had prepaid online. Lesson learned I’ll just stick to Concord and Charlotte chain or local pizzerias from now on. I’ve been burned by Harrisburg restaurants too much.

Showed up at 12:02 to pickup a pizza I ordered and paid for on DoorDash. The deformed/autistic girl from behind the counter refused to give me the pizza even though it was already on the rack waiting for pickup. Even her coworker Kevin tried to get her to open the door and give it to me and she would not. What a sad little girl. Refer to the picture I've included.

Ordered two custom pizzas for delivery. One came with red sauce when the order was for white sauce. Even the ticket on the pizza said white sauce. Called to try and get the right pizza. Was told to take it up with Uber eats. Even though Uber eats had nothing to do with the pizza just the delivery.
