Tell me why I come in to order food and the employees are running around and screaming and clearly not doing their jobs, I recommend the manager to set higher standards and expectations for this store. They were all just horsing around. So unprofessional.
DO NOT PLACE MOBILE ORDER!!!! Husband placed order and never received - Manager was horrible, not helpful or friendly (also another employee had to find her, was nowhere to be found) - said we didn’t “confirm” the order or finish placing order even though we had a receipt through the mobile app and through email. I finally left and husband had to call his credit card company to dispute the purchase.
What really upset me the most was the employees in the back figured someone picked up our order by mistake, so started preparing it. I’m sure they had to throw that food away since the manager wouldn’t give it to me - total waste (time, money, food)

There is only particular lady who works here who is so rude which is a shame because the other workers seem pretty chill. Do not DoorDash here as a driver specifically because she will have you playing Mario Kart around the restaurant nastily telling you to wait 5 minutes and circling back around the drive thru over and over again

We accidentally placed a mobile order to this store and called immediately to cancel the order. We were told there was nothing they could do and that we would have to come to this store to cancel. That was a 40 minute drive for us. Needless to say, someone got $17 in free food on us.

Went super late around 3am. Fries were beyond stale and my “spicy” mccrispy had nothing on it and was incredibly dry without the spicy sauce that it should’ve come with. So so disappointed

I ordered through the drive-thru, also utilizing the McDonald's app - and had no issues with either. The employees were all very nice and efficient as well. The food was what I expected it to be ... and overall ... great service and experience!

It says they’re open 24/7 on Google. I placed a mobile order for me and my son because it’s late and he needs some food when I got to the speaker. The lady told me they’re not accepting orders right now and the McDonald’s app would automatically refund me. It’s been three hours and I’ve still not been refunded. Horrible service honestly
This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to all the people that are managing this McDonald’s have no idea how to train all their employees are running around and all the orders are wrong. They are new employees that don’t know how to run drive-through it’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant not a slow food restaurant just my experience good luck getting your orders right and waiting 😒just go inside and do your own order. Wish we could make our own foods as well.
