Super slow— never have the required veggies to make the salads or veggie sandwiches . Always asked to pull up and wait for quick items. Waiting over 10 mins for a salad and sandwich with missing veggies is absurd and having to pull back around to drive thru to get my food.

I’ve visited this Panera location at least 20 times, and unfortunately, I have yet to successfully get my order through the drive-thru window. Each time, I’ve had to park and go inside, which feels quite inconvenient, especially when the drive-thru is meant to offer a quicker service. While I understand they have options for front orders and rapid pickups, the consistency of this issue has been frustrating. I’ve even chosen to drive an additional 15 minutes to a different location just to avoid this hassle. It’s disappointing, as it seems like the management at this new location could improve their operations. Additionally, I’ve never received any compensation for the time lost or even a complimentary item for the inconvenience, which would have been a nice gesture. I always order the same thing—a Pick Two with both chicken sandwiches—but the delivery experience has left much to be desired. I hope they can address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

I order led a fiesta chicken sandwich with wild rice and it was horrible. I had hair in my sandwich and they forget silverware for my soup. I did receive a full refund

A shout out to Jami (general manager), Greg Grove (team manager) & his staff for excellent customer service, great drinks & garden avo toast which is now my favorite breakfast item. Highly recommend strawberry, banana with dash of mango smoothie, very refreshing drink!

Food portions are ridiculously small compared to other locations. Out of hummus and didn’t substitute for anything. Mediterranean veggie sandwich.
Dining room too open & like a school cafeteria. Not inviting nor comfortable. Poorly decorated and tables all too close and invasive feeling. Coming back to Panera after not coming for 3 or 4 yrs. As a chain, they've changed too much and eliminated too many good items. Bear Claws are gone too. BAD MOVE. decisions are more about employee comfort & workload than customer & quality experience. Sorry, but WE PAY YOUR SALARY & BILLS. Pivot back to your roots which made you great.

Made a pre-order thru the panera website, which this is the store it was sent to. Again paneras web.not door dash well thoer driver took off with my food and never delivered trying to rectify the situation panera won't give me my money back they say door dash has to although I ordered through panera so be aware their drivers steal foof

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly but the food was terrible. The French onion soup was barely warm and the ingredients on the sandwich were droopy and seemed out of date. It tasted fine but wasn't fresh at all and the lunch cost over 30.00 for myself and husband. Both meals were terrible and it was very disapointing
