Felt like they rushed on the buffalo wings and just drizzled sauce on them. 70% not covered in buffalo sauce. The pizza was great though.

Let's be real. Chain Pizza joints are a dime a dozen, and they're all basically the same. This one gets 5 stars though, because it's consistently spot on. My order is always accurate, the food is always fresh, and the team inside is always exceptionally courteous and professional (above and beyond what you would expect from a franchise chain).

The pizzas are usually good and hot, however the papa bowls have been so skimpy lately that we will not order them any longer. They're just putting enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. When the bowls first came out, they were filled as least half full and were very good. I'm so disappointed with this store!! We'll probably just order the pizzas from now on and if we want to simulate the bowl, we'll just pull the toppings off, after all, you'll be getting more for the same price. Shame on you PJ!

WT???????????!!!!FIRST DOMINOS AND NOW PAPA JOHNS!!EITHER THE DRIVERS LACK COMMON SENSE, LACK COURTESY OR JUST HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY TRAINED!!WHY ON EARTH WOULD A DELIVERY PERSON NOT KNOCK, NOT CALL AND JUST PUT FOOD ON THE GROUND BY THE DOOR!!!LIKE IS THAT REALLY A THING?I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS UNTIL MOVING TO THIS AREA!MY FOOD SAT FOR 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE IN THE ELEMENTS!BUGS AND WHATEVER ELSE CRAWL AROUND ON THE GROUND AT NIGHT! 20 MINUTES IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR MY FOOD TO BE INFESTED WITH THEM!! OH NO NO NO!!!I WAS ADVISED THE DELIVERY WOULD BE HERE BY 11:45PM. I LOOKED AT MY PHONE AT 11:44 TO SEE THE ETA ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT IT HAD BEEN LEFT AT MY DOOR AT 11:19PM! TOTALLY UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!I WANT MY MONEY BAAAAAAACCCCCCCCKKKKK!!!I DOUBT I'LL BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Best Papa Johns Pizza Shop in the country, by far!! Moved from California to Charlotte not too long ago and have tried many different Papa Johns Pizza spots all over Southern California and none can compare to this shop.Ethan and Joey are the pizza making GOATs (Greatest Of All Time). They are super friendly, chill, and awesome. They provide incredible service and add tons of value to this store. Both Ethan and Joey are true world class craftsman in the art of making pizza. They make high quality pizzas that are consistent every.single.time.Make sure to stop by when Ethan and Joey are working and order a pizza, you can thank me later.
