Tia and Cameron were awesome!! They were friendly, helpful, and respectful. I also appreciated that they wore gloves when fixing my smoothie which other franchise locations don’t do unless asked which tells me that management prioritizes cleanliness. Well done!

I seen the video of the manager of this location and was at first skeptical. I am happy that I went with my gut because this location was wonderful the service was fast I was greeted at the door with such a welcoming smile and great attitude. Definitely will be back!

Any time I order from this location, whoever is taking drive-through orders seems like they can't hear what's being said and like they don't know what's going on. Pretty much any time I have added something to a drink I've received the wrong thing, especially if ordering multiple drinks even if only one has anything added to it. Very annoying.

I just saw a viral video on Tik Tok of this particularly smoothie king general manager cursing viciously at a customer, refusing to give them corporates number, and a new receipt, and she left without a refund or a smoothie. I’ve had terrible experiences here as well but learned quick this is one of the worst locations in the area. I was just very disappointmented and irritated seeing that and have also made sure to call corporate because at some point this has to stop.

I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SMOOTHIE KING AGAIN! The Harrisburg location “manger” was rude and nasty from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. He argued with me, he cursed at me and refused to help me! The video of the interaction will be posted on my platforms shortly. I simply asked for a refund since they couldn’t get my order corrected. He refused to refund me AND DID NOT REFUND ME he said he couldn’t & wouldn’t provide a copy of my receipt so that I will have proof! This was very unprofessional and nasty! Sanariya who was at the register was just as rude and nasty!

Tuesday afternoon actually ran into the owner of Smoothie King Harris Pkway Mall professional polite courteous just like the workers he hired as a reflection of him. Nice to see the owner take pride of his establishment as it reflects on the staff...5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 will definitely be back soon! Pleasure meeting you and thank you for delicious smoothies.
