Just left the smoothie king. Order was not made to it’s normal. Asked for it to be remade. The girl that came to the window was helpful and validated our concerns but she had to get the manager to handle our issue and the manager was very rude and not willing to remake our order as requested. Told us it was made to policy. Just drove away due to the rudeness and disrespect.

Tsha was amazing. She had me laughing and smiling throughout my entire visit. Her customer service, presence, and attitude was more professional than Chicfila and that's saying a lot.
