Burger was cold/raw and sitting in a pool of grease.. talked to their customer service dept but never heard back on a refund or remake.

I ordered two cheesy bacon stack combos. When I got home and looked at my order there were no burger patties on either one of the sandwiches. There was only condiments cheese onions and bacon no burger patties. I took the order back to Sonic and when I got back home with the replacement order it had everything except for the bacon that's supposed to be on a cheesy bacon steak.
This experience ruined my attitude and my appetite😡😡

Food looks good. Wouldn't know sitting here in a black sedan after trying to place an order in the picnic area and can't get the team members to answer any questions voluntarily it's like pulling teeth. Please do better I was hungry and wanted to spend time out of the house. Employees seen inside doing nothing but this one little girl with brown hair doing all the work. Thought about placing a order from my car instead, but employees all but the white girl treat guests like we are an inconvenience.

I had an issue with an order from the previous day. Tiffany/Manager as she states at the drive thru was extremely dismissive. I explained to her that I lived far out and arrived home and there was an issue with my order. I tried calling their business phone several times that’s listed on google, there was no answer. She proceeds to tell me they don’t have a working phone number due to prank calls. I then call another Sonic location and was told that they in fact do have a working phone number , phones are just being upgraded and they may or may not answer.

Hey!! It’s me Stef??‍♀️…. If you know me, and I know you don’t, you know I don’t do fast food all like that.
But Daddy….on the other hand gets down with the likes of Burger King , Wendy’s, McDonalds …..Unfortunately they don’t have hot dogs soooo…. Here we were at Sonic burger - Harrisburg on a Wednesday evening between 7-7:30.

Drive thru was quick and efficient
I’m super low maintenance so it does take a lot to please me …. The drive thru team member , super nice. Super patient.
This is the only place for a hot dog ( of all things) with chili , onions and Cole slaw…
( daddy… super old school)
Drive thru team member did a nice upsell from a regular hot dog to a foot long… nice.
I tried the orange creamsicle cloud thing with the little orange beads in it ?…. I’ll come back to that..

Pick up window: nice. Professional exchange. Smile … amazing…. A lot of people in customer service don’t smile at you .. some barely even look at you.
That was very refreshing ..

So daddy gets his food-
Footlong.

I get the orange cloud ice cream slush or drink thing with the beads.

Presentation on the footlong was not great at all. Peep the pic…. Couldn’t tell if somebody’s ungloved fingers tore the hot dog bun or not but it was terribly sloppy and disappointing.
I expected daddy’s order to be presented at the same level of drive thru customer service I received….. wait. Was that AI?
Even if A I took my order , the young lady at the window was super pleasant !

Now …..the orange slushie cloud ice cream milkshake drink thing…..

There were these little orange beads in it … I wasn’t sure if I should chew it or what…. Then I realize that maybe you just suck them down your throat…I have food allergies so I took a chance with this one …
If you get the right combination of beads, ice cream and orange slushie down your throat… it’s pretty good???‍♀️

This visit: the hot dog was disappointing

I just think someone should have done better with this footlong.

But…. Please keep smiling and being so nice and sweet and professional in the drive thru

There is outside seating at this location
I feel like they are participants with door dash in this area.

I honestly do not understand who is training the staff. We believe in tipping and taking care of those who are serving us. We noticed that the staff would seem to get our order wrong about 50% of the time. We only go for ice cream. After a while of experiencing this, we noticed a trend and put it to the test for a few months. If you order via the mobile app like we do, DO NOT TIP on the app. We noticed that when putting the tip on the order ahead of pick up, we would be missing ingredients or portions would be low. When I say missing ingredients, I mean all, and you have one cup of vanilla ice cream. When we did not tip, the food was correct every time. When the tip was withheld until after we checked our order, the portions were more, and all ingredients were accounted for, even extra at times. Why treat patrons that tip ahead as less? Is it because you know you got the tip and no worry about losing it? It's a strange way to present yourself as an employee. To the staff , think before you act, you could be serving your future employer, business partner, or who knows.

I just left sonic with my hot food only to discover dark hair in my onion rings. I called the store, I one answered: Bring hairnets the back! This was so gross.
