I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to my house. My I get the same drink majority of the time and it’s NEVER the same and it’s so simple 😣 also they need a new mic in the drive thru because you’ll get your drink and it’ll be something completely different written on the cup or they’ll repeat your order wrong multiple times over the speaker I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business

I order the same thing everyday-vanilla bean frappe and I have to say that Isaiah makes the best! Everyone else should take a training course from Isaiah! Of course, everyone else is super friendly but they can’t make a frappe like Isaiah♥️

This is the most incompetent Starbucks in the region. We normally go to one closer to home, but we had to be in the Harrisburg area today. I still suggested to my wife going to the usual one because they’re great, but she suggested going here. My reasoning in the first place was because I remember how bad this one was in the past. We come here in the fall because we go to a bar to watch football games.

Sure enough, they screwed my wife’s drink up. She was just going to keep it because she knows how slow this place is, but after she tasted it, she couldn’t drink it and had to get a new one.

When I saw my drink, I immediately knew it was wrong too. Meanwhile, the food she ordered it turned out they were out of it, but they didn’t tell her until about 15 minutes later. And my order which was just a coffee cake not heated still wasn’t out there even after my drink was remade. I had to ask the barista for it.

This Starbucks should be closed for at least a month to train people how to do their job. If it’s still as bad after, they should shut this location down.

It’s consistently the most incompetent Starbucks I have ever visited. That’s the only thing that is consistent.

Absolutely always friendly workers. My drink is ALWAYS INCONSISTENT. I come almost every single day and every day I order the same thing and every day it’s always different. Sometimes made perfect other times made terribly. Sometimes my drink is full to the rim other days it’s barely filled. I’m just confused on what the protocol is? I don’t want someone to just eye my drink and make it how they think I’ll like it, I want there to be a consistent ratio used for them to follow. I spend way too much money here for me to occasionally be happy with my drink. PLEASE FIX THIS!

There seems to have been major change at this location (and maybe Starbucks in general?). I stopped coming here months ago because it was unorganized and slow. The manager was also extremely rude to the employees every time I was there. However, we decided to stop by today and it was totally different. Drinks were served in actual glasses. Food was on real plates. The bacon on my double smoked sandwich was evenly distributed (this was once thought to be impossible). I’m not sure what happened here but it’s a complete turn around. The service was also amazing. Employees were nice and even brought our food out to the table. If you haven’t been in a while, give it another go.

I went to this Starbucks today and had a wonderful experience. The young guy in the drive thru was great, really nice and engaging. It’s not often that a drive thru experience doesn’t feel rushed (completely understand it’s supposed to be) so it was nice to feel welcomed even in the drive thru
