Walked into the store, no line inside…Waited over 20 minutes for a tall latte,
The store is focused on the drive thru and not customers inside.
I mentioned that it had been a while since i ordered my coffee and I was told “have a nice day”
Seems you have to be in the drive thru or order on the mobile app for faster service.

Ordered 2 drinks through mobile app., wait time was 15min. Ended up waiting 45 minutes and they hadn't even started them. Meanwhile about 12 or so people went through drive thru getting their orders. Asked to cancel and refund order and the clerk said he didn't know how and id have to figure it out on the app. Lol never will go here again.
I have been to this location 3 times. Each time was a negative experience. Whether it was making the drink incorrectly or being charged incorrectly, I don't plan to return. Gave it 3 tries.

This morning I ordered breakfast sandwich & asked no bacon. They changed me full price even when I asked for adjustment since bacon was removed. They said "no". Also got orange cake pop last week that was so nasty I threw away. I have wasted my last $$$$$ at Starbucks

For the most part I like this location, but they keep messing up when it comes to my daughter’s cake pops. Yesterday they gave a chocolate croissant instead of a chocolate cake pop. A time before that they put her cake pop in a bag under warm food and it completely melted which did not go over well with my 6 yr old. They were very apologetic and gave her 2 as a replacement upon going back but since then they have done that 3 more times and I tell them every time. By now they should know not to put cake pops in the same bag as warm food but they continue to do it.
