Pretty good service, friendly people, but like we all know very expensive! We used to go a few times a week but have changed to once every 3 months or so. The profit on coffee at this place has to be very very high!
For the most part I like this location, but they keep messing up when it comes to my daughter’s cake pops. Yesterday they gave a chocolate croissant instead of a chocolate cake pop. A time before that they put her cake pop in a bag under warm food and it completely melted which did not go over well with my 6 yr old. They were very apologetic and gave her 2 as a replacement upon going back but since then they have done that 3 more times and I tell them every time. By now they...
The drinks were great, the batistas were fast, wish corporate would bring back the Almond Crossaint , the original Blueberry Muffin and Vanilla Custard Danish. The new bakery items are not good !!!!
