Woman refused to take our orders and told us it would be a 20+ minute wait when we were the only customers in the store as she prioritizes online orders and has no respect for the customers staring her in the face

Went in Harrisburg location after church to order two 12 inch subs , one was a steak and cheese and one blt . The lady taking my order appeared
To be there alone . She spoke very low and would not smile to save anyone’s life . After getting the sandwiches out of the toaster I told her Mayo on one side , mustard on the other . She quickly put mayonnaise and mustard on the entire sub . Again I said Mayo on one side mustard on the other . She grabbed another 6 inch roll and proceeded to mumble under her breath . I said , I’m sorry but I thought the instructions were pretty simple . She aggressively smashed the whole sandwich in the trash hole when she realized she had to remake the entire sub. After I paid she laid my receipt on top
Of the bag and didn’t say word .
This lady is rude and very hateful . I wanted to say several
Things to her but let it slide because obviously she is going through something and I had just left church .. but if you can’t follow simple directions and can’t admit you made a mistake then you need to stay at home . I can’t help u are having a bad day . Stay home next time lady because I have nothing to do with your situation. I just came to get a sandwich . If the devil had been on me like he was on her it would could have been really bad . I suggest next Sunday you ask off and attend church .
Come to find out the lady is the manager of the store and her name is Rachel . Her customer service skills are poor and I will be filing a complaint.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place looked clean and well-maintained. However, the sub wasn’t wrapped properly, which made it a bit messy to handle. A little more care in wrapping would have made the experience better.

I ordered 5 foot long sandwiches and they were the worst sandwiches ever. I ordered a Turkey sandwich and wanted America cheese on it and the server poured cheese sauce on the sandwich and I said I wanted sliced cheese not sauce and was told that was American cheese and he proceeded to put shredded cheese on the sandwich. I asked for 2 Club sandwiches and was told they were out of roast beef so the server put steak on it (the worst tasting thing ever). I asked for veggies on one of the sandwiches and the server piled the veggies in the middle of the sandwich, didn’t spread it out. The server did not know how to do his job and was evidently not trained. None of the meat on the sandwiches tasted good, apparently bad meat. I had to throw away 3 of the subs because they were not edible. I will never go to this restaurant again. I’m going to ask for a refund and will update the outcome.

The worst subway i have ever been too. i ordered a sandwich to go and they left half of the stuff off of it. didn’t toast it, no sauces. and when i called to get a refund the person i spoke to on the phone told me i can’t get my money back. i then proceeded to ask if there was any other options and he said nope, sorry and hung up the phone. so disrespectful. will not being going back!!
My order was wrong service was bad, food was bad. All in terrible experience will not be returning.
Don't go hear whatsoever- #1 you more than likely won't get what you ordered and #2 most people don't have 30 minutes to wait for a sandwich that should take no more than 2-3 minutes - I've been here 2 times and both times they messed up my order!Never again!

Nice subs.
My subs never have any meat, I got a footling yesterday and the sub was basically just bread and lettuce. Barely any chicken if I didn't look I wouldnt have known there was chicken in the sub that's how little there was. It's always like this at this location, won't return
Foods good but the workers can’t even speak to you when picking up a mobile order. Not a word when asking for it, not a word when I asked a question, and not a response when I thanked them. Weirdest and rudest interaction I’ve ever had at a business.

I ordered a tuna sub and they forgot the TUNA 💀 How does one forget the main ingredient bro? Maybe the guy was new or something but still how do you not put my tuna on a tuna sub…

Today Nov 22 around 5:40 pm I bought a foot long sub supposed to be tuna from this store. The boy made my sub he forgot to pit tuna in it! He seemed to be a new join. When I called back he doesn't know what to say, and I asked him transfer my call to someone responsible. So other guy asked me to bring back sub with receipt! I won't drive back six miles again for a sub. They already ruined my dinner. Anyway, $13 loss and I'll never come back to this subway.
