I can understand mistakes happen, but this was despicable!! My order was ruined! The pepperoni and cheese rollup HAD NO CHEESE!! It was literally a thick weird wrap that was hard with just 3 little pieces of pepperoni! It's uneatable! Then my ultimate bmt (which was supposed to be ultimate due to the double cheese) ALSO CAME WITH NO CHEESE!!!!! So now I'm just expected to eat plain meat with bread?!?! Oh, and to top it off - they didn't bother putting in one of my cookies either. Then when I tried to call them, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone!! I can't just go drive myself there - I'm fully disabled. So doordash had to take the hit - but even after refunding me those items, I still ended up spending 17 dollars for a little orange juice and one cookie!!! While they don't have to take any responsibility while they screw customers over then refuse to answer any phones!! I'll never in a million years order from there again - completely incompetentand unprofessional! I had ordered enough to keep me going at least a couple days, but now I'm stuck with a cookie and little OJ for my entire day of food and into tomorrow until whenever I can get around to ordering more food from somewhere else!!! I'm furious! 😡

Ordered through uber eats. Terrible service. Food was cold. A Philly cheesesteak isn’t meant to be eaten cold. Also not enough meat or toppings. Never again. Jersey mikes sounds great right now.

Do not mobile order here!! It is faster to walk in, they will just ignore your mobile order until every person in store is served and provide it 15 minutes after estimated time.
I placed an online order for a turkey sub and let's just say it was one very thin slice of turkey with cheese, toasted (I didn't ask for my sub to get toasted), and barely an veggies that I requested. It was dry none of the sauces I requested was honored. I was so disappointed when I opened my sub. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. ATLEAST YOUR SUB WILL BE MADE RIGHT IF YOU ORDER IN PERSON SO YOU CAN WATCH THEM!
and don't ever think about calling this subway. There's 3 employees and neither one of them can answer the work phone. I called a total of 7 times, you would think between 3 employees (2 males, and 1 Indian lady) someone can do their job correctly.

This subway needs to go out of business already. I went at dinner time tonight, only one kind of bread, totally shorthanded on everything I asked for, it took nearly 35 minutes to get one foot long and one 6 inch with almost no customers in the store. The checkout forces a tip option and that is a royal joke. I get it the workers are typically underpaid but this has to be one of the worst subways within 30 miles.

I inquired about purchasing to plain loafs of bread. First the man said $8.00 per loaf. And then $4 per plain loaf of loaf. I explained to the worker that’s insane for one. I went to another subway $2.16 per loaf. I don’t inspect the prices to be same. But, to even remotely think one piece of bread should be $4 is horrible. All three workers didn’t bother to research to see what is fair price. BROOKDALE subway DO BETTER!
