Slow slow slow. Every time I come here it’s a solid 15 minutes to even get to the order counter even with only 2 people ahead of me in line. I don’t know how people have time to wait up to an hour for food from here.
Yes it’s delicious but holy cow the wait is only reasonable for people who have absolutely nothing else going on. Remarks on customer service lacking is spot on. Ladies behind the counter not on register stare at you while very slowly working.

The good: drinks and bites were good! The bad: Service and food times were horrible. Food was never delivered to our table. They didn’t realize they didn’t have a flavor of latte until they made the latte? So just left it on the back counter and made no attempt to explain or give alternative options. Long line, slow cashier. Conclusion: avoid if you’re in a rush but worth the wait if you have the time to spend in a lovely little coffee shop

The food is great and so is the coffee. The service is friendly and personal. They have yummy breakfast burritos and sandwiches for breakfast or lunch as well as soup. Their pastries are works of art that will make your taste buds grin. They even have some of their recipes bagged up as mixes you can take home and prepare.
Cute and charming restaurant, but I'll NEVER come back. The young girl taking our order was clearly frustrated that my group of 8 walked in. I had to ask many questions about GF alternative options before she finally said, "I mean, we could put the sandwich toppings in a bowl".
They had blocked most of the dining area's seating with a theater retractable rope. When I asked to free up four seats so that we could sit (because all other seating was taken), she said no because they had already cleaned that area. It was 1pm. They close at 4pm. I pushed the rope back 3 feet to open just enough seating for us. She sighed loudly! Then, she brought us the wrong food... in a bag because they didn't have any plates left. What?
She didn't belive me when I told her it was the wrong food, so I had to reopen my kids wrapped sandwiches and open the bread to show her.
A family of five came in after us and they simply retracted the rope and sat. When one employee told them they couldn't sit there and she failed to get them to move, ANOTHER employee tried to kick them out of their seats! She also failed and was told she would simply need to clean the small area again. The rope was put back in place by the employee and retracted by the family about 5 times.
The service was a nightmare. Even though the food was okay, I'll never come back.
My husband and I was standing there waiting for at least 10 minutes before our order was taken. The young lady working walked by us a few times and didn't say anything. Another employee was working on an order and never said a word. No I'll be with you soon or apology for the wait. After we ordered, I expressed my concern about the lack of customer service. Still no acknowledgement or apology.

Very nice setting inside. Great display of pastries. Daughters family are gluten free so for a birthday celebration I bought cupcakes; chocolate & birthday cake - they loved them!

Went to Sunflour baking company for Sunday brunch and had a mixed experience. The service was poor. I had the tomato soup, and it was just average. On the bright side, the atmosphere was good, and there was plenty of seating available. Overall, it was an okay visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots available, but it can be a bit challenging to find a spot on weekends.

Terrible service. Every time I come here I end up waiting over a half hour for my food because of some issue with the servers forgetting to call it out or not making part of the ider until the very end. Food is delicious though.

Regardless of what location you choose expect a 20-30 minute wait for your food.

Every time I go there I'm ignored waiting for my calling in order. I mean they look at me, make eye contact and says nothing. But they address people who don't look like me differently. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Treat people fair!

My husband and I went to this location because it’s closer to our home looking forward to the key lime pie. Unfortunately they were out of that and many other items we would have enjoyed. Still ordered a cupcake and a cinnamon bun and was totally underwhelmed! Too sweet and not as good. The building is apparently old and drop ceilings had stains. We left and the sweets went in the trash! I’ve been to the 7th street location multiple times and always happy with the desserts and baked goods. Also went to the NODA location recently and was impressed. Harrisburg location would not be on my list of places to go.

I have been here several times. I kept coming back despite abysmal service and long waits each time because the pastries are good, there are vegan options, and I want to support local business. We stopped ordering sandwiches a long time ago because it actually takes 45 minutes for an order to be filled. Unfortunately after my last visit I will not be returning. My husband and I went and waited 20 minutes after ordering pastries from the display. The staff filled orders from behind us before even starting ours. My husband provided feedback to the manager on their website and wrote a Google review as well (nothing rude, you can see it below). Upon reading the feedback from their website, the manager offered him a coupon and apologies, however once the manager saw his review on Google, he wrote back rescinding his apology and coupon and stated his staff was right. Shame on the management. This place could be a real asset to the community, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
