Went in today to get a meal before getting on the road. Ordered a number 1 with ground beef. One of my chalupas and side taco had no meat in it. Very unfortunate and should never happen.

Slowest drive through experience of my life. And it happens every time I forget about the last time and dare to come back.

Taco Bell is one of my family's favorites, but this location is truly atrocious. We've never had a correct order from them, and they regularly have major issues with their drive-thru. Go somewhere else if you're in Harrisburg.

They were super busy, but it's very clean and everybody working was happy! We got our food in a very reasonable time, considering the number of tickets and door dash orders. The manager was training a newbie and seemed very good at his job. I heard him telling the staff they were doing a good job and appreciated. It actually made me miss my food service days!

Went through the drive thru and ordered some tacos and a deluxe box. It took 20 min to get our food. Once it was handed to us we pulled over to make sure our order was correct. We were missing a taco in our bag. We took our receipt inside to get our missing food and the worker and manager called us a liar and said he knew we had all of our food. They reluctantly gave us the missing taco however they wouldn’t give us our receipt back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I mobile ordered in the drive through and waited 40 minuets( could not leave because of poor drive thru design) just for the old lady to tell the guy before me and everyone that they are closed because there are only two people. Mind you I applied to this Taco Bell and they didn’t accept me. So how you barely got no people but not accepting applications ? Dosent make any sense but ok .

Stopped here on a Sunday around 1:40ish. Not busy, food was ready when we went around the drive through. The steak chalupas never let me down. I also got the chicken cantina quesadilla but they put way too much of the sauce. Other than that, food was hot and service was great.

Never ordering from this location again. I ordered extra beef on my loaded nachos but got jipped with triple beans and regular beef serving. My grilled cheese burrito was supposed to be double steak and there was barely any steak on it at all. The wrap on my Gordita crunch tasted like raw flour and it was wrapped around a very stale soggy taco shell. All of our tacos were extremely wet and just shameful. My crispy chicken tacos were far from crispy or crunchy. They were soggy and crushed and falling apart. The food was just beyond subpar especially for the price. The cinnamon twists my kids ordered were just broken pieces that were overly coated in the cinnamon sugar concoction. I ordered one zero sugar Baja blast and they couldn’t even get that right. Like seriously we just wasted $60 for trash food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location if you want decent Taco Bell food.

TERRIBLE! I wish I could rate 0 stars. We tried the crispy chicken taco and what was served should be an embarrassment to this franchise. Chunks of crisp and no meat in the taco. These people are stealing your money for lettuce wrapped in a tortilla.

This location straight-up sucks..
Took Thirty minutes to get a single bean and cheese burrito with some extras that they didn't even put on the first time, then added crumbs of the toppings on the remake..
The ONLY REAL ONE in that building is Daymar, but it takes a village..

Slow. Like impossibly slow. No drive thru line, no customers waiting in line, took them over 15 minutes for two burritos and a nacho fries. Watching them move in the kitchen you would think these employees are here as a hobby.
