My brother recently ordered food at this location. The workers forgot to place nuggets (that he had ordered) in the bag. I told him he should go back the following day and just simply ask if he could receive nuggets in replace for the ones that were forgotten in his previous order. The following day my brother went in to explain the situation and what had happened. My brother didn’t bring in his receipt but he had his online mobile order pulled up for the workers to see. The workers were very condescending towards my brother making him jump through hoops just for a simple order of nuggets (they asked him who the manager was on site the day he ordered… like who in the world would know that when ordering via the drive thru). The workers ended up ignoring him making my brother sit there for way longer than he should have just for him to grab a different employee and request a manger. A worker eventually “did my brother a solid” and refunded the money for the nuggets. My brother was just simply wanting the nuggets he had initially paid for reimbursed and was looking to order another meal as well. He ended up leaving and taking his business to another food place. I know this is fast food.. i worked fast food for a good bit of time and the amount of food we’d give away for customer service was more than you’d expect. I just hate that my brother had to leave this establishment feeling put down when Taco Bell in Harrisburg made the mistake.

My taco was supposed to have extra sour cream and tomatoes - it did not have them at all. They were short staffed. However, I feel that this was very obvious on the tag on the bag. I was very disappointed.

WARNING: Not Worth the Wait! This location completely misses the mark on what “fast food” is supposed to be. Taco Bell is simply not worth the excessive wait times and inflated prices. I spent over 50 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be reminded that speed and efficiency are not priorities here. “Fast food” should be just that—fast. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Going forward, I’ll save my time and money by eating at home rather than dealing with this level of service.
Had a terrible experience at Taco Bell. My vegetarian order had chicken, which is unacceptable! The service was slow, my order arrived late, the rice was very dry, and they didn’t even provide cutlery. Very disappointed!

Had the nicest gentlemen at the drive thru. Had an issue with order and more than willing to make it right and very apologetic. Food is always good the few times we have been.

30 mins in drive thru stuck bc there's no way to leave if u decide u can't wait. I had to be at work at 9pm. I sat for so long, I had to go home, change into my work uniform go to work and then I cook at a restaurant myself. So I couldn't even eat the food I waited so long on. Never ever have I ever sat for so long. I went inside originally was ignored for 10 mins.... dissatisfied is an understatement and I love taco bell IMMENSELY. but today....
