There are never enough employees scheduled at night/late nights. EVERY time I go to this location, I place a mobile order beforehand. You can’t go inside to grab the mobile order so you’re forced to sit in the drive-through line. Because of this, I end up sitting in line for 30 minutes to 1 hour. All of the employees are incredibly kind and always do their best to put the orders together as fast as they can, BUT they need more help/employees at nights!

Wow, 30 minutes for fast food. The moment I ask for a refund the bring a platter saying the order is ready, we sit down to eat, it turns out that my order is still short two items, so essentially 40 minutes in and I don't have a compete order yet. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The food we did receive was cold... I was given 3 gift certificates for soft tacos... I'll never use them because I won't return.

I ordered at the drive though. 3 steak soft taco supremes and 1 chips and cheese, 3 hot and 3 mild sauces. After taking my money the employee told me that they were out of hot and mild sauce. I was not happy but said ok. I got my food and realized the chips and cheese were not in my bag.when I ask asked the employer to get my order correct she was very rude and let me in know I was bothering her. So now had time to look at my 3 steak soft taco Supreme, they had no sour cream and tomatoes on them. So when.the employee came back and handed me my chips.and cheese without a bag literally. I told her I had ordered supreme and started to hand the bag of tacos back to her. She said I also told you we are out of sour cream. I took my chips and cheese and put it in my bag bag. And told her good luck. I will contact your corporate office. She laughed out loud and said ok.

So sorry for the poor customer service and non caring attitude of your employees.

Kitchen crew was hustling, working hard, manager was involved, food was hot fresh and good. The staff there tonight cared about the quality of their work and it showed.

Waited for more than 15 minutes for my food. My food was then cold. I watched the drive thru worker sit on her phone doing nothing. She watched the other two employees work while staring at her phone in the corner. She was very rude when she did look up.

The girl at the drive up window was absolutely miserable. Don’t say hi don’t say have a good day just miserable if you don’t wanna work don’t work.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to get tacos for my entire family spent over $30. Get home five minutes later the tacos are cold and there’s hardly any meat on any of them. Most of them are broken. There’s like one tablespoon of meat on each taco. This is hands-down, the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and do not plan to ever go there again and I will tell everyone I know just how crappy this Taco Bell is.

Whoever the manager is for this location Is should definitely do a secret shop on their own store because the service is slow and the tacos suck. I tried contacting the store and the phone just rang and rang.

Went to pick up my mobile order and was told the dine in was closed even though there were people eating inside. Had to sit in the drive thru for an extremely long time and couldn't leave because I was boxed in with the long line of cars also waiting. Taco Bell makes it impossible to get a refund after ordering on the app. This is not the first time this has happened.

I would like to know why the restaurant is closed for customers at 8pm. The drive thru line hasn’t moved and people are leaving extremely mad. This is unacceptable. I am a doordash driver and now my order will get messed up because of this.

3 combo order was missing some critical items but they replaced the entire order so no big deal. Got offered a free item but just took a free refill on my drink instead.

This store is horrible! Poor customer service. As a delivery dasher, we expect quick service picking up orders. The delays are severe. The wait time picking up orders is not acceptable. Management need to strategize to come up with a plan to get orders out quickly for dashers. These orders are already placed online.

This location stays very busy and the food is okay. However the service is terribly slow. I think added staff is needed. They are hiring. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Its just slow.
