I was there recently for the first time. Loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked in. Fabulous menu and many choices. The serving staff was friendly and efficient. Our food was fabulous too! The flatbread pizza was very flavorful and a treat to enjoy. The PBLT was an amazing bite of flavors. They serve a great Prosecco on draft too. We are long-time repeat customers and fans, but I'm pretty disappointed at the moment. I sent an email and message via Messenger almost a week ago detailing our not-so-great experience last Saturday night and have gotten no response. It was by no means a "nastygram", but more of a, "Your restaurant was almost full, there were only 2 servers running around doing the best they could to wait on tables, no bartender or manager onsite to assist, and a kitchen who couldn't get food...read full review
I am not truly able to rate or review Vortex. My husband and I were very excited to try this menu. Upon arrival, we were disappointed. It is not wheelchair friendly. All tables were high tops. At 93 degrees, sitting outside was not an option. It’s difficult being wheelchair bound. Places that don’t mind accessibility make it even more difficult.
