Young employees were very rude! I used to go there regularly and the manager is nice! Simple accommodations that the manager or even other employees make, they made seem like a big deal! If you didn’t want to work, just don’t come!

imagine the drive-through lady getting your order wrong and then trying to charge you to correct it instead of placing the correct order for a BLT instead of adding bacon to your sandwich. she then gave me regular nuggets not spicy nuggets. Then for the pleasure of having to correct her and do her job for her. She threw her drinks at me at the window. she also didn’t give me receipt or any way to track her and tell you it was her. She knew what she was doing was wrong and poor customer service. Would not recommend going to this location. I want my money back.

Customer service is lacking at this location. No manners of “How can I help you, How are you doing, Thank you, and definitely no smiles”. This young generation makes me worry but it starts at home. If you not happy with a job, then find something else with the attitudes. I rather have the smiling manager at this location this evening take my order and give me my order.

?? There’s no way that many hairs made it into my burger by accident. Seriously, and not tiny hairs either like multiple long hairs, strategically placed in the burger. Whoever did this should be fired and honestly facing criminal charges for trying to make someone sick. I’m never eating at Wendy’s again. They don’t pay enough to attract intelligent, competent workers, only the worst of the worst. The high schoo, drop out type to apparently think it’s funny to put hair in peoples food cause they are upset that they have to actually work for a living like everyone else. I got sick last night, still feeling sick this morning. ?? Never, ever, ever ever. again. Don’t eat here. Never in my life thought I would experience this, they have cameras and record everything, yet this still happened. No quality control whatsoever, just pure anarchy, hairs and god knows what else that they put in peoples food out of spite. From now on I’m only ever eating food that I cook myself, that’s how disgusting this experience was, literally ruined the idea of eating out ever again.

The best Wendy’s or fast food location in general that I have been to in a LONG time. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast , the staff were so so kind and attentive and you could tell the manager on shift wanted to be there and enjoyed his job. and the food was great! Restoring my faith in restaurants!
