Giving this location ZERO stars and its not the 1st time this happens they claim its what I put down on the order the receipt says it but thats not what I ordered, they do this all the time but this they out did themselves, NEVER AGAIN WENDYS DO BETTER

First time coming to this Wendy’s and it’s gone be the only one I go to💯. Everything was right, food taste good, girl love her frosty swirl and chili. That Boii T need a raise he need his own store or make bro a manager💯. He love his job, had gloves on and communication skills is top tier💯 haven’t seen that in a while at a fast food. T keep loving your job Brodie, don’t ever stop loving it

I had never had a baconator before and I let the lady at the counter know I had never had a baconator before I ordered the baconator meal didn't know it came with ketchup on it, if I'd known, I'd have asked without it. it had 3 tiny strips of bacon on 2 layers so basically 2 strips of bacon cut into thirds and put in to a $13 burger they make it look awesome on the menu and then you get it and it is just lame the fries were huge and cold Wendy's has lost a lifelong fan forever!

We came by to order breakfast at 8:45am on a Saturday morning. Our infant was sleeping in the car so my toddler and I head inside to order to avoid waking her. We did not realize the dining room opened at 9am. A very sweet employee who I assume was new came to open the door for us. She greeted us with a big smile and warm pleasantries. Another woman, who may have been the supervisor, came charging over to shut the door and yell at both my son and I and the employee who let us in. She exclaimed it was a safety hazard to let customers inside before 9am. She berated the woman who let us in to the point she and my 2 year old were visibly upset. That is no way to treat colleagues or customers. This place could sure use some customer service and plain common decency training. Because we were in a rush, we went through the drive through and the service was so slow we weren't served our food until after 9am anyway 😒
