Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered the Asian Zalad was horrible. Hardly any chicken. The egg rolls were burnt. Went in asked for some that werent. They told me they would all be like that. And they gave me different bunt ones. Pretty sad.

The tenders were okay but a little bit more rubbery than I expect from Zaxby's. It was a crime to think that Zaxby's could be out of Zax sauce but they were. My biggest shock was that the men's restroom had a toilet that would not flush and no running water. I'm afraid someone might shut down the restaurant until this is fixed. The people working here are nice.

First let me say the food was very good. I called in my order and they would not allow me to pick it up at the drive-thru which was a pain and they were out of several of their fountain drink choices. Other than that it was fine.

As a whole I find Zaxby locations to be hit or miss; however, this one is always consistent on their servings.

Chicken tacos were good and full of flavor but the chicken was not hot and fresh. We tried the new cheesecake bits... delicious!

You really cannot be serious with the curved chicken & the sauce drenching everything. About the 8th time I’ve ordered these & they’ve never been mostly sauce.

Huge shout out to the closing crew tonight (Monday 9/16/24). I was absolutely soaked from the rain and fresh off work, I was craving zaxbys and hoping to make it before they closed at 10pm. I showed up at 9:57pm expecting them to tell me they were already done for the night which would have been totally fair. I was greeted warmly and told to go ahead with my order. When I ordered a 20pc I was gently made aware of the time and told there would be a wait which was absolutely understandable. I really just want this team to know that they turned my night around with their kindness and that I promise I do not make a habit of showing up to places right before they close. Thank you so much!!

Once I got my food i went and sat down at a table and while i was in the middle of eating my food roaches started coming out from under my table.
