One girl named Rae that worked here instead of taking our she was playing on the register trying to get free food while m and my stood there for 15 minutes waiting and the shift leader did nothing he just stood there

The girl who took our order repeated everything as we said it, as well as at the end of the order to ensure accuracy. The gentleman at the window was kind. The guy who brought food out (we had to park) was also kind. We were parked for all of 60 seconds. Everything was correct and fresh. Best Zaxby’s I’ve had tbh, props to the kitchen staff today.
This food is unacceptable...no matter what you order, I ask for an orginal fresh fries.. I got stale bread over toasted...cold used, broken 10 fresh fries....wow

Drive-thru teller was extremely rude and shut the window in my face. She wanted me to wait on the side parking spot with my car because she stated that I was burning her standby time on the clock which I know idea what that meant. But when I questioned it she got upset and gave me a stare and slammed the sliding door and walked away. I requested the supervisor her name was Shy and she was was asking me what I wanted her to do about it. I have to explain to her that she needed to educate her employees not to be rude to customers. Surprisingly. Very negative experience and upsetting while my child was in the car.

They prioritize the drive thru and mobile order customers. Be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes for them to prepare dine-in food.

Gave me wrong order
This restaurant tells every car to pull up or pull into a parking spot to get order after paying, no matter how many people are in the line. I guess they are being mindful of some type of drive thru time metric but its really annoying. Then we had to walk back in when the order was wrong, which completely defeated the purpose of using the drive thru option.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered chicken tenders and they were so dry it was like chewing cardboard. The toast was hard and stale, like it had been sitting out all day. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning not long after eating here I’ve been in pain since. If you value your health, avoid this location. Quality and safety clearly aren’t a priority here.
