Placed ar order at 10:08 am it is now 11:50 am on 12/8/24 just received my order.. food was cold no silverware no syrup for pancakes staff and mangers were rude and unprofessional, Sent a employee to pick up they cashed out our order at 1048 and still waited a hour for employee said it was our problem that we waited so long and laughed and walked away will never ever go here again

Would love to give a better rating because the people are friendly and the place is clean but they refuse to allow you to order a rare steak. Which to me why even serve steak. Ordered Lasagna but doubtful I will return to this particular Denny's.

Waited 1.5hrs to get our food, we wanted to leave but it was late and we were tired after trick or treating. The waitress was amazing and apologetic for the delay. There were probably 4 tables waiting for food when we came in and an hour into it we were the only ones waiting. There were several to go orders that they seemed focused on getting out first. We had a burger with fries, nachos and 1 kids meal with pancakes and bacon. The nachos had hardly any pico, little cheese and were cold in spots, burger was good as was the kids meal. That night and following day wife and I both got stomach illnesses which I'm sure was the food from here because we only ate home cooked meals prior to this visit. Not going back, wouldn't recommend, waitress that worked that night deserves to work somewhere better.
