Had to pull down and wait for 22 minutes (yes I timed it) so they could “cook” my chicken fries. By the time i finally got my food the chicken fries were cooked to a crisp and inedible. The cheeseburger was cold.. not warm but completely cold. The fries were so stale that you couldn’t even chew.. complete waste of time and money. Avoid this location if you’re looking for fresh food.

Family of 3 ate here and overnight each of us got extremely sick. Found out the next day a co-worker of mine had the same thing happen to his family after eating there on the same day. Hospital told him food poisoning. Stay away!

I'm told there are new staff and it seems to be true I went to the store today and got a whopper a large fry and a bacon cheeseburger and everything was fresh and correct the staff were nice and helpful its a much better experience now.

I've come here twice now. The first time they didn't have anything chicken...really. This time we waited for over thirty mins for two burgers and a fry....like unacceptable. Very sad that places allow service like this.
Found some coupons and enjoyed filling up our belly's. Had dinner and breakfast for the morning

Came on 5/05 Ordered a trio, a drink and 2 cookies I paid for sauces They didn’t put my cookies or sauces in the bag. It’s a constant issue, and that .30 cents adds up when you keep doing it

Does this Burger King ever actually make fresh food or is everything just microwaved? Doesn’t matter what time of day I always get something that’s been sitting and nuked in the microwave. I can go on and on about other reasons why you avoid this Burger King location but I’d be here for hours unfortunately. Last month I actually received two buns with nothing but a slice of cheese in it instead of the double cheeseburger that I ordered and when I went back in to get it corrected the workers couldn’t do anything but laugh at how funny that was to them.. not a sorry or nothing just laughing and handing me a replacement. Do not go here people!

I had just started to believe this location had improved over the past few months/year but this is probably my third visit and around 11-11:10pm and I’m told they aren’t serving burgers anymore. They offered chicken in place of it but I’ve had a weird tasting chicken sandwich recently so mentally I told myself I’ll stick to the burgers which had been pretty good.
