I had a six digit number from my app. I gave this easy number six times at the drive thru speaker. The shim says pull around. I then give the number again but the two men were too busy talking not listening so he takes my phone and keys it in the eighth time giving it. Finally I get my whopper jr w cheese that I requested no onion and no pickle. Of course it had both on it and I get food poisoning on top of it all. Me and the other person with me was puking and pooping like water for four days. I still feel weak. This was Thursday night all this happened. It is now Monday and I am eating again for the first time since. I kept drinking fluids to keep from being dehydrated. Be careful!!!

I got a $10 off support coupon due to cookies and sauces being forgotten. I came back, had more cookies in my cart AND THEY FORGOT THEM AGAIN!!!!
If you don’t have them just say that. But charging 30 cent a sauce and not giving them out is diabolical

The breakfast staff are rude and RUDE. Almost every time I come here for breakfast they NEVER have iced coffee which is crazy to me it doesn’t take long to make it. They get your order wrong then get mad because you ask for the original order. The manager the larger white woman is even more rude than the staff. DO BETTER!!!!

Bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. Drink machine was broken, spilling all over users and shaking like it was possessed. Took 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich.

Ordered double whopper with cheese, no onions & no mayonnaise. Got in the car & it had both onions & mayonnaise on it. I took it back inside & very apologetically explained that we ordered no onions or mayo. The employee took it from me, never said one word to me. Instead of just remaking the burger, she proceeded to go find & talk to the guy who made it. The guy finally came back to remake the burger, & was very nice about confirming what ingredients I did & did not want. I complimented him for the burger looking so perfect & went back to my car. Unfortunately, when I opened the new burger, I discovered that there was only 1 burger patty on it instead of 2. So it had been replaced for a single Whopper instead of the Double Whopper I ordered. Although the Whopper was good, I only got a Single Whopper, when I paid for a Double Whopper. Based on the poor service I had received the first time, much less when I took it back, I thought it was best not to go back in again, for fear of annoying the employees more, as well as the concern of them spitting in my food. ☹️

This location is trash. I ordered 3 Sausage biscuits and 1 chicken biscuits and the worker said she could only give me 2 sausage biscuits. What place to limits what you order when you are ordering for your family. This establishment has always been trash and needs to be either shut down or put under much better management. I won't ever go there again. If I could i would give it no stars 👎👎

Every time I visit this particular Burger King, it gets more horrible. Starting with the horrible service, and extending to the half of a job fine on making food. I get pulled or sit for 20 mins, every time I come to this Burger King, even if it’s for one burger. Im really trying to figure out how they’re still open.
