Not exactly sure what happened, pulled to drive thru, lady asked to take my order, then just vanished. Figured the mic was broken so I pulled around to the window and no one was inside. Feels like she must have run and hid or something after asking for my order.

Went to pick up an order that was previously ordered. Got there & NOTHING AT ALL ready ...it wasn't busy infact thought they were closed ... Poor customer service making me wait for an order already placed. That's completely unacceptable , pathetic & horrible . Wouldn't go back if they are that incompetent.

It’s a travesty that an off the highway establishment should be so poorly kept … The female bathroom was not properly maintained and the male bathroom was in an utter disarray. The staff at this store needs to be at least reprimanded if not replaced

I ordered my food at 6:40 AM when I got there at 6:45 they told me they weren’t going to open until 7 o’clock even though they open at six so I waited then had to be pulled down for my order with nobody is there. They don’t have all the condiments and it’s just piss poor service

Stopped by on our way to DC. The drive-through was packed, but the inside was empty. I found it super cute! Staff was friendly and quick. The facility was clean.
