The female bathroom was not properly maintained and the male bathroom was in an utter disarray. The staff at this store needs to be at least reprimanded if not replaced

I ordered my food at 6:40 AM when I got there at 6:45 they told me they weren’t going to open until 7 o’clock even though they open at six so I waited then had to be pulled down for my order with nobody is there. They don’t have all the condiments and it’s just piss poor service

Stopped by on our way to DC. The drive-through was packed, but the inside was empty. I found it super cute! Staff was friendly and quick. The facility was clean.

After working at BK for several years I have remained faithful to eating at BKs when home or traveling. Today was a horrific experience with one named Dasha(not sure of spelling). When asking for the manager I was told she was the manager, but had no tag in. I left trembling. I was so angry I was trembling. She told me I was wrong, she called me baby, she gave me nasty looks. Such an arrogance I’ve never seen displayed towards a customer. I did not respond to any of this well I must say. So I was not at my best. I’m embarrassed about the whole thing. But are your employees actually allowed to deal with customers just any ole way?

The one who said she was a manager in the manager’s place,Dacha, not sure of spelling, single handedly angered me to the point I was trembling. I will say I reacted to her instead of responding, and I don’t like that fact. But this young lady called me “baby”, told me I didn’t tell her I had a coupon when it was the first thing out of my mouth! “Can I help you? Yes ma’am, I have a coupon for a two whopper meal deal.” She was rude, curt, I went inside to get my food, asked for a manager but was told she was the manager in for the absent manager’s place. She had no name tag on. I’m stunned that she felt empowered to treat a customer with such contempt! I’ve been a loyal customer since having worked at BK during high school and college. Let’s just say if I owned this BK, she would be terminated!

Stopped here while traveling for the holidays. The overall experience was decent. They ran out of the drink my wife wanted and the line took over 20 minutes, but the food was pretty good.
