After frequenting Cracker Barrel for many years and enjoying coleslaw as a side, I was quite dismayed to find they have changed the sauce from the best I have ever found to some abomination that seemed to be mainly mayonnaise and nothing else. If anyone with any pull in the organization reads this, please have them go back to the original.
Chicken fried chicken. Two filets. One was very nice, and one was extremely tough. Mashed potatoes were room temperature. Every thing else including service was good
Food was cold and nasty took forever to get anything here. The best part was leaving this place has become worse then McDonald's nasty won't ever be back
The Food and Waiter were Great
20 minutes late and upon return home no biscuits in the order.
Dirty place the food was greasy and disgusting. The bathrooms were disgusting. Stay away from this place

Her fish was overcooked and hard. My pancakes were almost black, and my medium eggs (after confirming with server that they would still have little runny yokes, were hard and well done. The manager brought her a new order of fish (no change from the first order) put it on the table and walked away while not saying a word. This Henderson NC Cracker Barrel has always been our go to place when traveling to North Carolina, but I think we'll look for another restaurant.

Everything was great, the employee attitude was great 👍👍. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The service was horrible today. We didn't receive any service for at least 40 minutes and when they said they placed our order, they returned to tell us they didn't and we would have to wait...WTF.
Ham way to salty
Six of us there for breakfast on mother's day still was great service, wonderful food.
Came to visit on Mothers days, and the retail manager Josh was an absolute angel. Made me and my mother feel welcome and helped me pick out gifts and hide them for my mother until we were seated to eat. The wait was about a 40 minute time frame and every time a shop employee past us we were spoken to and it made the experience special on a day like that. The manager Josh even helped me pick out some candles and dresses I didn’t know I needed! The food was awesome as always. Great atmosphere.
