First off we came here during the morning. Not yet that busy but still waited an hr after placing our order. There was no wait to be seated. Finally got our plates within 5 mins after my partner had to ask a server where our food was. Plate was warm, food was cold. Bacon was hard as crap and French toast was so hard and cold the butter didn't melt. Spoke to the manager and she had replaced our meal. Simply because the waitress forgot our food.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had. Hair in our food, missing items, poor portioned and cold!!! I will never come back to this place again!

My daughter and I came by this Sunday at noon for a late breakfast. They were very busy as is typical for a Sunday so I totally understand. My daughter and I were accidentally overlooked due to several large parties arriving all at once.
As someone who has many years of experience in restaurants and hospitality, I understand how easily these things can happen. Regardless the manager was quick to accommodate us for the inconvenience even against my own preference. He INSISTED!!!
I’m blown away by the outstanding customer service and the food is always just what we all have grown to love. Fresh, hot and deliciously flavorful!
We will be back many times over! Thanks again to all the staff here at the Henderson location!

At 5:30 they were out of half the menu because the afternoon person didn’t prep the evening shift? Makes me wonder where management was.

They had a raucous crowd in that was having a good time but should have been seated further away from general diners. The food is good and plentiful so, although the breakfast was $47 with 20% tip, we have leftovers to refresh a second day...so more like $20 something.

The food was really good. A little bit of a wait for food to be served. But, the quality and and taste of 80% of our party of 7 orders were really good. Thanks to Patty for such amazing service.

8.24.2025 .. we visited for breakfast -- They had just opened. Jenny sitted us right away -- (sanitation grade 98). LaToya was our server -friendly & beautiful smile! She brought us our drinks quickly and took our order. We noticed it was only her and one other server that morning (I am sure someone probabley called in sick) They were getting busy. We waitied 30 minutes for our food -- when Latoya brought everything -- it was HOT and FRESH!!! We asked for a to-go box for my biscuits and gravy and TaToya brought me fresh bag and togo bowl. Food and service was wonderful - being a server years and years ago - customers would be so ugly about having to wait -- those of us who did show up got the bad end of the stick!! 100% recommend Henderson Cracker Barrel.
PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE!!! Don't take it out on the server -- (unless the server is bad of course -- I have seen many!!!)

Solid Comfort Food & Friendly Service
Stopped in for lunch and got the Southern Fried Chicken with cornbread, mashed potatoes, and string beans. It was a big portion — more than I could finish! The flavor was good, though a little on the mild side. Not bland, just simple. The service was friendly and warm, which always makes a difference. Overall, a cozy spot for classic comfort food.

The food at cracker barrel it's not a good dinner.I ordered the chicken tinders, way overcooked it tastes like crap. I can't believe they serve food like this. Do not turn on cracker bell for a good dinner last Friday. I had the fish and chips, crappiest fish I every tasted in my life.
Drove 30 miles just to be so disappointed. I am tired of cracker barrel. Cracker grill has lost all their food standards. Do not go there

Food was average. It's not the Cracker Barrel of 10 years ago. They were busy so the service was so so at best with an incorrect order. Servers and managers wiping tables. The biscuits get smaller every visit it seems.

Very disappointing visit. A late breakfast and we had a 30 minute wait to be seated….and then 15 more minutes to get coffee…and the restaurant wasn’t full - I assume they didn’t have staff. Sad
