This was the most horrible experience that I have ever had with Domino's and the blatant disrespect and customer service from the manager was unrealistic. I place an online order watched on the tracker while it was being prepared my husband go to pick it up it won't ready and then there nothing on a meat lovers pizza just CHEESE!!!!!! Manager was just rude as hell. She said she can't/ won't fix it so finally can refund but I cannot believe for Domino's to have been out of business and dislocation for almost a year and to come back and be so horrible I have read almost every comment that others have placed up on here and I don't put comments on Google but it couldn't be ignored. Their commercial corporate policy is if something is not correct for them to fix it at no extra charge and they didn't. I don't want anything for free just what I expect what I paid for!!!

I placed an order at 11 AM to be picked up at 6:30 PM. They had the entire day to prepare for this order upon arrival. We were told that we had to wait 15 minutes so we did the 15 minutes until 630 Went back in and didn’t get our pizza until after 7 o’clock 30 minutes after the fact people that came in after us got their pizza before us highly do not recommend this place

Order incorrect. Ordered on line advised pizza ready went to store waited additional 30 mins. Ordered not correct no salads available but charged anyway. Asked for adjustment for items not received clerk or mgr stated they could not get the refund due to lack of knowledge. New store, advise shut it down! Not ready for customers, I witnessed a customer enter the store and wait 20+ minutes before anyone working at the store spoke to not to mention the other people in line behind her. Won’t be back! Got to find a better way!

Do not order delivery from this location. We’ve ordered delivery for the third and last time from this location. Order sits for well over an hour, no intention of delivering the pizza. If you call location prepare to wait on hold for atleast 15-20 minutes. Very poor customer service and no care to make situation better. We had to drive after almost two hours of waiting only to find out our pizza had been siting cold for 90 minutes. No explanation as to why delivery wasn’t made. The store manager could’ve called to notify but didn’t. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

when stores don’t have delivery drivers they shut down there delivery online i placed a order to help out someone who can’t drive and there was an emergency so i ordered delivery to help them out and they call me to tell me hey we don’t have delivery drivers so come pick it up or cancel the order. i had to cancel the order since im 9+ hours away

I like Domino's Pizza and it's my favorite when it comes to eating, but lately they've canceled my orders that don't have Alfredo sauce and handmade pizza bread. And I feel that what they don't want is to sell or prepare orders in the last 2 hours. I hope they take this into consideration and improve their Customer Service.

My husband went 2 pick us up some pizza.& this the MESS he brought home.My dog would not even eat this.& this was on 4/3/2025.It was 3 large pizza. They not 2 long opening bk up in Henderson NC.But they should had stayed close if they serving customers this.Glad I did not have 2 come out of pocket, because they would had gave me my MONEY bk. This is sad & whoever made this pizza that day u need 2 turn in your shirts & badge.

Horrible place to order food. Wings undercooked. Pizza burned on edges and doughy raw in the center. Barely warm in center. Ordered over an hour earlier, said 20 mins on ready time, waited at store another 40 minutes. Rude people working there. Act as if they're being bothered if you ask how long after 15 mins. One person spends more time talking to customer and flirting than attending to orders. Glad they're closed. And they can stay that way.

Did a carry out order on Aug 30th at 5 pm and was told 10 mins but at 530 I had to ask for food . The staff is playing around and the little girl at the desk is behaving like running a register is beneath her. The kid making the food is saying the n word over and over and the onlybone actually working is the older delivery guy. This store need a work crew not a day care Says on the door hiring all positions but watched as the phone rang and a girl picked it up and hung up laughing
