Don't understand why it take a hour and a half to go 15 mins down the street after ordering 1 pizza and wings. I understand the cook time, but you kept my food in a bag to stay warm for a hour, until a driver could deliver it to me. When the food got to me it look like crap and i could tell it been cooked about a hour or later, then placed in a delivey bag. And when I called and asked about it, they hang up the phone on me, and 30 mins later the driver shows up. Like is this a hang out or some kind of game. They need better management!!
They should just shut down the location on Beckford Drive. It’s ridiculous that none of these food places take pride in their food or customer service!

I had been craving Domino's pizza,so I drove to Henderson NC to grab a pizza,(no one seems to answer the phone in Louisburg) I placed my order thru the automated system, and to my surprise the order was correct, ready and good when I picked it up..I was very impressed...great

I wish I could give them zero stars. They close at 1am on Friday but I placed an order online at 11:30pm for delivery. I waited about 10 minutes and checked the tracker only to find out my order was canceled with no notification from the store. No one called me or done anything to reach out to me to tell my why my order was canceled. I called the store number only to be directed by a useless automated system and be put on hold for 15 minutes. This is not the only time I have had this problem with this Domino's. Incorrect orders, cancelation without notice, and being on hold for extended periods of time from an automated service to figure out an answer to why. This is why I am not ordering from them anymore. Order Pizza Hut instead.

Great store! Always gives 85%! Some nights my pizza is only cut incorrectly, some nights I’m only missing 1-2 toppings! Tonight’s was jalapeño. Unfortunately the only other local Domino’s is just as good.

Price would not come up as advertised special when I tried to order online , tried to call and no one would answer the phone then had to wait 10 minutes until person got off phone to place order then they tell me 2 of my toppings were premium toppings and that's why it was more I have never paid extra for chicken or bacon when did this start?

Slow ! don’t answer the phone !I placed an order at 430pm called at 530 pm about the order was told they were a FEW mins away! Called 15 mins LATER, nobody know anything ! Stop taking deliveries if you too busy and only got 1 driver ! The system kept telling me statuses about my order and the actual people in the place was saying other stuff! Absolutely INSANE!!!!! Then I gotta wait 3-5 business days for my $ but it took them 1 second to pull the $ off my card! Don’t go here ! They are THE WORST!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Get a new manager cause she all on the phone telling LIES!
