I called because I didn't get the coleslaw on the platter meal. I wasn't informed while purchasing in drive-thru. I wasn't mean or rude! All I asked is you let the customer know! While explaining this to whomever on the phone, all of a sudden the phone went silent! I wasn't rude or irate! Totally unprofessional! You definitely lost some customers tonight! This location is slow and ghetto!

The last time I ate here it sounded like I was at a party or something. The employees were talking very loudly and yelling back and forth to each other. I was sitting all the way at the back of the restaurant and they were still that loud, ugh.

It's alright food, but heavily greasy and they make a large amount of mistakes, so make sure to check your bag. Not bad in a pinch, but would go elsewhere unless you specifically like hardys
