Ichibar Japanese Restaurant

So first I got the soup that I choose with the teriyaki chicken and the soup taste really good and our server is really nice. The chicken was really good tho I will warn you there is a lot of chicken so be prepared to get a to go box. Also the restaurant has some really cool decorations and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here.

My oldest daughter especially likes to go I love the atmosphere of the place I love that it's really family-oriented and they serve you to the best of their ability and their nice while they're doing it the food is okay as long as you get there while they're putting fresh food out and a lot of the times they try to like put fresh food out around the clock and the environment is really a family environment

Reasonably priced, especially for the lunch prices. It could be a little bit more food on their lunch plates, but very delicious! Service is very good & courteous. You don't have to wait long for food if you order take-out.

This is definitely one of my favorite places to go for good food
It is well priced and tastes amazing. It's a 35min drive for us but it is always worth it.

Food was nasty..they don't take off if you don't like it...will NOT be returning.

We ordered take out. I ordered 1 steak and scallop hibachi plate with an extra salad. My husband and I were going to split the food. We had maybe 3 scallops on the plate. We had pieces of scallops PLUS they were fishy smelling. The steak I ordered was medium cause I figured by the time I ate it, it would be medium well. NOPE! They were ALL well done! Our salad was much smaller than what they serve and they give only one ginger dressing, half full and was not enough even for that small salad! I’m not even a big dressing person but it was not enough! I wished I had’ve taken photos before but at least this will give you an idea. This was one platter and the salad. Notice how small the container for the salad is.( we ordered two salads and an extra white sauce and it was 25.00. Don’t order out here!

Ichibar is one of my families favorite restaurants in the Oxford / Henderson area. The food is amazing and the staff is always wonderful.
