I am SO GLAD they made a franchise here in Henderson, the staff is friendly smiling service and quick with your subs. When you ask for extra meat on your subs, they ain't cheap about it! And thank God, I don't have to go all the way to wake forest to get a good sub. It is worth the trip, but gas expenses are cruel. I love coming to this place to get a sub and man, they are delicious since the day they opened up here.
I have a few issues with this location - honestly I think they should wear hair nets and masks if they are going to talk over the food while making it and lastly they place the wrapping paper in an exposed area that does not have glass and customers befor you talk and spit over the the paper as well as the employees. Then the paper sits there until the sandwich is made. The sandwich is then placed on the germy wrapping paper and cut. Now the entire sandwich is contaminated. I...
This Jersey Mike's was clean, fast, and friendly. Everyone working was very kind to our family. The manager was outgoing and friendly. He knew customers by name, talked with everyone, spent time outside with a leaf blower to make everything look nice. He and his staff were always cleaning and wiping stuff down. This was the best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to.
