Placed an online order for pick up got here and was informed that there was NOTHING ready looked this they were ready for shutdown and it was befor 8pm never again
We waited for a WHOLE HOUR and tons of cars and people got their orders before us. Even those who had placed their orders after us got their food in under 5 minutes a lot were served before us. Meanwhile, we just sat there waiting and waiting. They even asked if we were still waiting.! Like hello? Tf? No apologies nothing.! And all of that on TWO SANDWICHS ONLY TWO!!
I had the worst experience tonight!! I was told that they where not going to cook anymore original chicken and then the proceeded to give me old and dry chicken! It is 8:02 pm not near to closing and I could not get any customer service! I need this to be handled immediately.
Stop to crab a bite to eat got about 4 miles down the road my wife had one chicken leg in her box and ordered more but was too tired to turn around The chicken was hard and didn't taste well at all.
For starters online and in n stores says open time is 10am which they doesn’t open until 11am. My first experience I ordered online and my pickup time was 10:40 pm when I got to the restaurant they told me that they were close. They could’ve just canceled my order.
I recently purchased the #9 Chicken sandwich, accompanied by a side of nuggets and a drink. Upon taking a bite of the sandwich, I discovered a bone, which leads me to believe that I may have inadvertently received a thigh instead of a fillet. I wish to share a photograph to illustrate this unusual situation, as it is quite surprising.

Used app at 9:30 pm . Drive to store was there by 9:40pm. No outside lights on. I walk to door and was told to use drive thru. So I pull thru and The Absolute RUDE Woman Manager that refused to open the window to tell me they were closed. (The door and web says 11pm btw) I spent over 30 in the app and have never had a problem so didn't know how to get a refund. The woman thought I was Door Dash and just kept telling me to go live chat. I travel am not local so there for did not know that this store just makes up it's OWN Rules. I sat in Parking lot for OVER Half Hour trying to get my refund thru the app. Gave up and would love to personally know what the owner would think of this wonderful treatment by the actual Manager Herself who should Not Be a Manager .
Place need to be shut down bad service food salty and bad attitude and Said had plates after I spent money then say don't have plates

If I could give 0 stars I would I waited for almost 30 minutes just for what I assume was the manger to give my food to someone else when my husband told her that was our food and didn’t check the other persons receipt. When we asked for a refund she still got mad knowing she messed up and she didn’t even apologize or give us a full refund shut this place down asap
I had to sit at drive thru for 15 minutes, I was the only one in line and had to talk to 2 people to give my order, #7 with white meat. I received small pieces I couldn't even recognize. They were not even cooked thoroughly and the slaw was sour. I should have called the health department.
I live in this hometown and this place has gone to trash. After i paid they told me only had dark meat i was getting that i told the lady kindly i only ate white meat. After she left me sitting at window for 13 minutes with no further info the handed bag out window and slammed window shut. After i get home from ordering the $25 box i find im missing all the sauces that are supposed to be with this meal and she put all dark meat in box as well
This restaurant needs to be shut down completely. There is always a 30min wait on chicken. There was no sides available, no condiments available, the drink machine was out of order and only had unsweetened tea available. Drive-thru was also unavailable. Management had an attitude because customers came on the inside when told Drive-thru was not available, and also had an attitude when asked for a refund. The entire back of house was empty, and it was visible that they had nothing available. The only positive to the experience was the nice cashier, who also was concerned about status of the restaurant.
This KFC location is in serious need of better training and staffing. When I went to pick up food for my mother, the drive-thru was completely closed due to being understaffed, which was already a bad sign. Inside, things weren’t much better—everyone except the manager seemed completely lost.
The cashier struggled with every transaction and even forgot to give someone their change, needing constant help just to do basic tasks. In the kitchen, there were only two workers, and one of them had trouble remembering orders. The entire experience felt chaotic and unorganized.
To top it all off, my mother specifically ordered dark meat, and instead of getting what she asked for, they gave her three breast pieces. How do you mix that up? Between the lack of training, poor service, and incorrect orders, this location needs serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have time to waste and don’t mind playing a guessing game with your order.
