I had a mobile order i wait 20 min fir coffee. And after I finally got it. It was filled with coffee groundsand rest of my food was cold. This is the worst store in NC! And they are all are Rude!

They get a lot of business at this location so don't expect them to be the fastest joint around but in 3 years I have never walked away with an incorrect or incomplete order they always address me by my name they are friendly and welcoming and if something isn't right they will go out of their way to make it right.... I enjoy this location very much it is worth the wait (which really isn't that long considering)
Parking: A gas station is connected to the McDonald's so there is plenty of parking all the way around the building
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps on both sides of the building
Everyone is busy talking to each other instead of helping you order and when they do ask what you want and you reply to place an order it is obviously an inconvenience

One of the worst MCD I have been too. Even with an online order, I wait normally 15 minutes for my food and they still get my order wrong 50 percent of the time. They ask you to pull around to a parking spot then forget your stuff. It's just a cheeseburger and a happy meal. 15 minutes??
It was about 9 service was slow. Didn't help that a crew member was hiding behind the wall to avoid working.. yes it's obvious when they do that. Food was typically good.

Every single time I've gotten an iced coffee this week, I've thrown it out. Thank God they're only 99 cents. They tastes like vanilla milk. It's nasty, like come on y'all, we all know what color coffee is supposed to be and it is not no murky white.
