I can't speak to the snowballs because I didn't have one. We had the soft serve and it was like ice milk. It actually has crushed ice in it , I was not pleased. We didn't even eat it. Sorry, not true soft serve. I gave it a 3 because people were there getting snoballs.

We stopped during a break on a 610-mile road trip for some refreshment. The woman working was very friendly, offering us samples of flavors to ensure we liked what we ordered. There was a bit more syrup on the cone than I personally liked, but it was not bad.

I will suggest the owner to have a grownup runing each shift. The two teenagers that were working there today in the afternoon were not very polite. The snow balls were good as always but not a good experience with the customer service.
