Since they reopened, I have ordered takeout several times, which has been good. For those who remember the Pizza Inn of old, the quality of the pizza, in my opinion, is back to where it used to be. I hope they can stay consistent and continue to keep the quality of the food at a high level.

We called ahead (with around 2 hours notice) to see if they could accommodate 65 people on their way back from an 8th grade DC class trip. They did a fantastic job! The kids were happy, the food was good, and the price was just right for a large group.

We were finally able to go check out Pizza Inn after the remodel and I was super impressed! They were constantly restocking the salad bar and pizzas. I always request a thick crust pizza and it came out super quick and they brought it to the table! They use to do this, but the few times I went before the shut down they didn’t. Amanda was managing that night and you could see her constantly communicated with the team (I think this is super important) and monitored the buffet bar. Our waitress was on top of everything, and even checking out was super friendly!

So busy it's impossible to keep thing's perfectly clean. But they try. Sadly some people let their kids run around and leave their trash/garbage on the floor.

Apparently they allow fake service dogs into this restaurant which is disgusting. Real Service dogs don't jump up onto counters and get distracted by food.
New management/atmosphere, it is a great place to go now!

Wanted to give it a try since it reopened, walked in to the front counter to order there were about 8 people standing around and no one bothered to offer any assistant to take my order so I turned around and walked right back out, it has to be under new management cause if the guy with the glasses was still there that never would have happen, I guess they don't understand our patronage pays their bills well they don't have to worry about me helping to pay their bills what a dump!

I had decided I wasn't coming back to this pizza inn after my last visit. Last time employees were fighting with customers in the parking lot and the pizzas were coming out so slow out took an hour to get enough pizza to get full.This place is under new management and they have remodeled to the traditional dining area plus added a separate dessert pizza bar. Also they've taken down the wall so you can see the entire kitchen, which keeps the cooks honest being fully exposed to the customers. They also take payments at the table eliminating the line to pay which included take out customers.Pizzas came out fast and we're good. Wait staff went out of their way to give great service. What a difference!!!They have completely restored my faith here and I will be coming back often!
