A couple of weeks ago, I placed a pastry order for an event with someone at the bakery named Stephanie. We spoke about having the same name. When I arrived on the day of our event to check on the order, I was met by two young ladies, Stephanie B. (another Stephanie) and Crystal, who had no record of it. They immediately reached out to the other staff member, Stephanie I had originally spoken with, but unfortunately she claimed to have no knowledge of the order.
What could have been a disaster for our event turned into an incredible example of customer service, thanks to Stephanie B. and Crystal. Rather than shrugging it off or leaving us stranded, these two ladies took full ownership of the situation. They acted quickly, went above and beyond, and within just one hour had pulled together our entire order and ensured it was delivered in time for our event (in an hour).
I can’t say enough about their professionalism, calmness under pressure, and genuine care for their customers. Stephanie B. and Crystal turned what could have been a very stressful experience into one where I walked away grateful and impressed. They are a true credit to this Sadie’s, and I’ll happily return knowing they are there.

We ordered 2 12 oz. cappuccinos. We were a little disappointed. We like our cappuccino with whole milk they only had 2% . How can you only have 2%? Also we think they only put one pump of espresso in a 12 oz cup. Well, I drank my half way and the rest went in the trash. I really just tasted milk. Very disappointing.

I went for a matcha latte today. I’ve ordered the same thing here many times. Matcha is a green tea. Today I went and had a coffee colored drink given to me. I said hey I ordered matcha. They said that is matcha. I said matcha is green. They said it’s because you got oatmilk and a syrup with it.. I said yea I have ordered that same exact thing here before and it was green. They looked at me like I was stupid. They didn’t offer to change it, remake it, or refund me. I am adding a picture of one I ordered in July that was green and the one they gave me today that was not green. It didn’t taste at all like matcha just straight milk. Super disappointed. I posted it on social media and received lots of responses from people that went recently for a matcha and had the same experience.
