Drip Decaf Roast Coffee (TG)
We felt we needed a smooth, medium roast espresso blend and our Brazilian express fits the bill! The main ingredient in this blend is Brazilian coffee from the cerrado region. Its rich nutty aroma and amazing aftertaste make this freshly roasted coffee a fan favorite. Other coffees in the blend are from Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Cerrado is a region in the state of minas Gerais, which is now the largest coffee-producing state in brazil. Coffee has been a major crop in this region since the 1980s mainly because of the devastating black frost of 1975 that forced growers from the Parana region to relocate north to Cerrado and other areas of minas Gerais. Today, coffee is produced by over four, 500 growers on 175,000 hectares of farmland with yields of approximately 5.5 to 6.0 million bags per year. The coffee is grown in rich soil that the natives call "terra roxa" or "red earth" and other factors such as consistent rains, high daytime temperatures, and dry winters combine to make the Cerrado region an ideal area in Brazil for producing coffee.
Drip Light Roast Coffee (TG)
This blend is a lighter roast, "Breakfast blend" type of coffee. Blended from Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Nicaragua, this coffee smells like blueberry muffin mix! This is one of our lightest oasts and quickly becoming one of our top sellers.
Drip Dark Roast Coffee (TG)
This is our dark roast blend. I call it a "steakhouse blend". It's strong and dark, the perfect after diner coffee with cake and ice cream. We did this as a custom blend a few years ago for a wine shop that has since moved away. Their former customers kept calling me for this coffee, so we re-named it and added it to our regular offering. "Back by popular demand".
Drip Medium Roast Coffee (TG)
Our house blend coffee is super smooth with notes of dark chocolate, sweet cherry, and light citrus. This blend features coffees from Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea, and Columbia. Medium roast. Papua New Guinea: this freshly roasted coffee from Papua New Guinea is our top-selling single-origin coffee. It's bright and delicious with a wonderful aroma that's sure to keep you coming back for more. It is also the main ingredient in our lake house blend coffee, really contributing a great dark chocolate note. This coffee is always smooth, never bitter. Costa Rica Heredia: this wonderful coffee from Costa Rica is one of our lighter roasts. Its natural sweetness and pleasant aftertaste will keep you coming back for more. This freshly roasted coffee is not only great as a single-origin coffee but is a key component in several of our special blends. Colombia Santa Barbara Estate: we have tried several different coffees as dark roast, but we keep coming back to Columbia. This coffee from Santa Barbara Estate has been consistently one of the smoothest dark roast coffees we've had. It's a favorite of many of our customers and we also incorporate this wonderful coffee into several special blends we do.

It's our house coffee brewed with room temperature water over a 12 to 24-hour brew time. Because it's made with colder water, it's generally a bit mellower and tastes more rounded out, so there's more of a full-body and a little less acidity than iced coffee.

While some may think the plain bagel is boring, to the purist there is none better. A hand-rolled, fresh plain bagel baked by New Yorker bagels has some attributes that take it from ordinary to something you adore sinking your teeth into. This classic plain bagel has a lovely golden crust, shiny and hard on the surface, with a glossy appearance unmarred by any topping. Anything that is added to a plain bagel automatically removes its claim to the name, "plain!" our plain bagel is just soft enough to tear into with your teeth, the crust giving way to a well-risen inside that is chewy without being tough. This is a real New York bagel, not a soft, French bread-like substitute that is often sold in grocery stores or other parts of the country!

Sadies has a great vibe and many tasty drinks. Their soup is quite good (but hoping they bring back bread bowls)! They get some pastries from Strong Arm Bakery which is really nice.

I wish they had more specialty drinks or at least a menu of drinks they make versus us having to decide which flavors we want. I prefer to chose from a menu and “what sounds yummy”.

With that being said, the service is impeccable and the ambience is amazing. The drinks are 9/10 and my go to spot for coffee when I’m in Henderson. ?

Parking is right off the road, like any typical downtown, and there is additional parking behind the building...
