Really bad experience, the staff declined to give water to pet dog. Experience like this keep customers away from starbucks and they will continue to lose the market share rapidly.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks today morning when I asked for some water for my pet dog. Initially, the staff outright refused, which surprised me given how common and reasonable the request is — especially during summer time.
Only after I pointed out that I had already placed an order did they reluctantly agree to provide water, but even then, it was done with visible hesitation. The entire interaction felt needlessly unfriendly and lacking in basic courtesy.
Many other cafés don’t hesitate to accommodate simple, compassionate requests like this — especially when customers are already supporting the business. I expected better from a brand like Starbucks. Hopefully, they reconsider how they treat not just customers, but the companions who come with them.

Only got frap but it was good the drive through line was long and I always get behind a car with multiple people and makes wait longer.

Everything was very clean and neat. Drinks were great. Service was awesome, even brought our drinks over to us when I was sitting nursing. Thank you for the great customer service and experience.
This was not the friendliest group of baristas I've met at Starbucks. They got an order and acted like it was all our fault. They didn't call out names but just the orders on the counter. My sister is more the groupie and she was not happy or impressed. They could do better. It's a nice store, maybe it needs happier employees. IDK 🤷♂️

We always had a good experience at this location whenever we head down on I 85 Highway. We typically take hot latte with extra shot of espresso and this place makes it really flavorful. We had not such a good experience at some other locations where the latte came out flat, but never here. Also, this place is rarely crowded whenever we happened to be there so it’s pretty quick in and out.
