I went in to order a sandwich but needed to use the restroom and was my hand. So I went to the restroom and it had a combination lock on it . So I went to ask for the code and was told I had to purchase something to get the code but luckily it was a gentleman paying for his food and he game me the code from his receipt. So after I did what I had to do I ordered my food and paid for it. Well a couple came in about the same age as me and was given a senior discount.

I placed my order thinking I got cookies added to my meal with it not being that I then show the lady the receipt where it said small meal the Latino lady that talks a lot put her receipt in my face I went in one night and the chips was all over the floor a customer had knocked everything down and she was there so I bet anything it was due to her disrespect this one is by my house so I spend a lot of money here but to have her do that I told her just ring me up for the chips so I can exit this store I know the other side was coming out of me if a minute longer was spent in this store I managed for over 15 yrs an I know she needs an different career

Some people don’t cook the food all the way I said cook my sandwich for extra seconds and she didn’t and she put my food on 12 seconds and my food was still cold and I told her to cook it for extra seconds. They don’t have good hearing.

The store was exceptionally clean and our server was friendly and helpful, but Subway itself has fell off with the amount of meat you get on your sandwich compared to the high price of their subs!

Ordered doordash, I asked for several things on my sandwich. Upon receiving my sandwich I found that whomever made my food obviously does not know how to read nor the difference between banana peppers or green peppers. It looks like these employees would receive some kind of training on their job! Go somewhere else!!
