All the staff there are very bad manners and they don't have the sense to talk to customers.
Especially the girl who is wearing a hat and who is 27-28 years old, she is very arrogant and has no sense of speaking, she speaks very badly to the customer.

I am handicapped and ordered my food through Uber the issue is when I used to go in they would make may subs the way I asked them to. Now they are substandard they don’t give a choice of light mayo or anything else so I as for no mayo and no mustard because when I get mayo or mustard it is so much I have to take a lot of it out so now I use my own mayo and mustard today I asked for oil and vinegar and it was so much my sandwich fell apart very bad service

My wife had to use the restroom, automatically told to go walk to the gas station, she offered to buy something refused service, she is pregnant yes I can drive over to the gas station yet we were already by Subway, I explained that it's not really safe out here and she would be a woman walking alone to the gas station while pregnant, she said "I don't care if hope she gets kidnapped", that's crazy then proceeded to tell me to get out followed by a racial slur.
It was some lady with messed up makeup or overdone, didn't catch her name, I can't come back here after that.
(Someone told me her name is Margo or something, and older lady)

Probably the worse sub I've gotten from there. It was suppose to be the Hotspot Italiano but it was very light on meat and very dry. I asked for extra pickles and probably had a total of 8. Barely any banana peppers. Waste of money

I was trying to place my order and the lady instead of making my order, walked off and starts making someone else's sandwich and left me standing there, after I had already waited a while to be waited on. She was incredibly rude and I will not be back, and also Subway sandwiches cost way too much. 2 6 inch subs costs 19.00 is ridiculous. Not even meals, just the sandwiches. I do not recommend, you would be better off going to the grocery store and buy your own stuff to make a sandwich at those prices.

1417 Andrews Ave Location do not honor valid coupons. They told me they take the 3 for $17 but the coupons came out of the same sheet of coupons. Customer service was horrible!
Service and food were great! Young male employee made recommendation for a new sub they had that I really liked and they got us in and out while being friendly and energetic
