I love love love this SubwayVery nice staff and some needs work but I love it here. My cookies are always cooked perfectly and my subs are always very good. Try not to toast to long or it will be a hard sandwich but I would not go to another subway

Orderd a roast beef sandwich today 6 inch at that ...opened it up 2 pcs of roast beef per six inch .. so iam getting mostly bread and veggies as a franchise they need to stick to the rules...This subway don't even deserve a one

This is, by far, the WORST SUBWAY I have ever been to. The service was awful, and the sandwich was terrible! I will never go back. I do not recommend this place!!!

The original use to be staff wasn't there, looks like more family than anything. It use to be my favorite subway but now it's declining. First it's hard for them to understand English ?. I ordered a steak sub six inches and they over cooked the meat. Left the sandwiches exposed too long on the prep board to be prepared. Just wasn't good services, look out Oxford location I'll be visiting you guys hopefully you all be better.

When you order a 6" teriyaki chicken and say you don't want it toasted, and then you get cold chicken....as if "not toasted" means "don't heat the chicken?" I really can't comprehend...

I ordered online and when I got to the window a sweaty half bred mexican handed me my food. I asked her if my subs were toasted and her “papi chulo” instructed her to lie to me when I could obviously tell that the cheese wasn’t melted. 1/10 would not recommend this restaurant. Mexicans are supposed to have a better work ethic. The Mexicans at this place are just hairy liars maybe they should go work for Taco Bell.

The food was passable subway, no more no less.However, I was appalled to learn that the staff is not tipped when there is a clear interface option guiding you to tip on the POS system.I will not be eating at this location, Norlina rd, nor their franchise in Oxford. Times are tough and the slimey managers are predating on customers good will towards workers who deserve it.Also said group of managers need a hair-net for their forearms, gross.

So it had been a long time since I'd been to this Subway, but from my past experiences it had always been clean, well-managed and well-staffed.Today I went there for the first time in probably a couple years. I had an online order. I normally order online from the one in Oxford, but I got a call from an employee after ordering using the app that they were out of bowls (I had ordered a protein bowl). It was good of him to call and since I didn't want anything with bread I just asked him to cancel and refund.Since this Henderson location was only a little out of my way home I decided to just order online from there.After getting to the order page I realized this location charges more than $2 more for the SAME THING. I have no idea why, they just do. It's crazy because it's only one town over and it's Henderson, not Raleigh.But anyway, I just decided to get it anyway. I went in, got it without issue but then when I got home to eat it I discovered the quality was much less than I usually get at other locations. Usually I get big chucks of white meat chicken. What I got was his super shredded chicken that looked like saw dust and when I actually ate it I couldn't believe how salty it was. It was WAY too salty. I couldn't even finish the entire thing and I was really hungry.So, I guess lesson learned I won't be back to this location. Overpriced and lower quality than normal.

Went today and didn’t get what I asked for and was being rushed I wanted to chop salad with chicken and bacon the guy didn’t care what I had to say he wanted to fix my salad the way he wanted it. He didn’t want to chop it. And didn’t even have crackers for the salad.

The manager of this Subway is very polite and professional. Every time I have dealt with him, he seems to be the type of person that cares about what his customers think. He keeps his restaurant very clean and keeps plenty of help on staff. The food is always fresh and tasteful.
