Manager yelled and complained they needed to cook food for my order. Not sure how they prepare the other items on the menu

We stopped to have lunch after we had shopped for a while. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and professional. It didn't take long for us to get our food. It was hot and very tasty. The restaurant was probably less than half full but was quiet.

Bad service and forgetful employees.
We came to this location 11/20 around 5:30 it was busy but the staff were so nice and efficient. The line moved quickly and our food order was perfect.

Ice/soda machine filter needs changing. Tables need wiping. All seating areas had food and mess on them.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Wendy’s. The service was incredibly slow, and the customer service was just as bad. I waited an excessive amount of time in the drive-thru only to receive an incomplete order. When I checked the bag and tried to get the missing item corrected, I had to wait even longer just to be acknowledged.
The employee at the window didn’t offer an apology , instead, they slammed the window and told me to pull forward, which meant waiting again. The whole experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly not worth it. I wouldn’t even bring my dog here.

I would give this Wendy’s negative stars if it was an option.. orders are consistently wrong, service is consistently slow, and employees are consistently rude and lazy. Can’t even get the most simple things right by even putting the correct sauce in the bag. Went back tonight for the first time in 3 months and not only is everything the exact same but it’s actually gotten worse. Whoever the general manager is should be fired!

Placed an order for a spicy chicken deluxe and a grill chicken wrap they forgot the wrap … the order was wrong they gave me a reg chicken sandwich which was cold I returned it let them know my order was wrong they redid it an gave me back the same sandwich just not a deluxe lol I returned it then I got the correct order but no wrap but was uninterested at this point to eat it …

Don't eat here, You should go eat somewhere else or you might starve before you actually get your food..I could get a burger to eat faster if I went and found a cow...killed the cow..cut up the entire cow and then cooked it myself, this is the worst service I have ever seen I hope they fire the whole crew..A turtle with no legs could move with more urgency then they do.

This place, I don't even know what to say. Always the slowest drive through in Henderson. Just waited 18 minutes in the drive through line and it never moved. Let and went to McDonald's. I wouldn't even complain if it was every now and then, but it's every single time. Why can't Wendy's hire people who want to work. These people look like they don't even want to be there. Done with this Wendy's. If anyone is thinking about going there , be prepared to wait.
