The service at this Wendy’s is consistently slow and unorganized. Every time I come here, there’s a long line both inside and at the drive-thru, yet the employees are usually in the back talking or standing around instead of helping customers. It’s frustrating to watch food alarms go off while staff are laughing and not paying attention, which only makes the wait times worse.

On top of that, the inside of the restaurant is always dirty and clearly not being kept up with. I constantly see new employees who should be getting trained, but instead, they’re left on their own while other workers are hanging out in the back. It feels like nobody is actually managing the store or holding people accountable.

It shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to get fast food, and it’s disappointing to see a place with so much potential run so poorly. I really hope management steps up and gets this location together, because right now it’s one of the most frustrating Wendy’s experiences I’ve had.

The worst fast food restaurant that I have ever experienced it doesn’t make sense to spend $1 billion promoting then to actually have your customers come out and give them the worst experience of their life THE STAFF TREAT THE COSTUMERS LIKE CRAP THEY TREAT THE FOOD LIKE THEY COULD CARE LESS AND THE ATMOSPHERE SCREAMS THEY DONT WANT TO BE THERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND EVEN WHEN YOU TRY TO BRING IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGERS THEY ACT AS IF THEY WILL PHYSICALLY FIGHT YOU I CAN HONESTLY SAY I CAN SEE WHY THE BLACK COMMUNITY IS DO FAR BEHIND AND ITS SO VERY SAD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO BE PRESENT 🙏 I HATE IT FOR THE INVESTORS YOU SHOULD FEED THE PEOPLE GOOD AND INVITE THEM BACK OLD SCHOOL STYLE the worst experience hands down

genuinely the worst wendys ive ever been to. my order is ALWAYS wrong everytime I go and it ALWAYS takes 30 mins or more to get to the ordering screen. No matter how many times you go back in line to get the order fixed they'll find a way to miraculously mess it up anyways so its best NOT to waste your time here and just go to McDonalds or something.

I placed an order online this morning right before leaving for work since they supposedly open up at 6:30am got there in the drive thru at 6:50am and it said they were closed. I had already ordered my food online I was so upset went up to the window and everything no one come to the window. Make it so bad it was just a Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit, Oatmeal Bar and a Med Coca-Cola one person could of made that. Instead I had to cancel the order and go to Bojangles smdh.

Yeah, they’re really having a hard time over there. We tried to order food and they said they don’t have it and then they turned around and said oh yeah we do The drive-through was closed Bathroom had no paper towel towels, no napkins in the dining room

Order completely wrong and no one answers the stinking phone. Called corporate bacon double no BACON chicken sandwich extra cheese and extra pickles No cheese at all and No pickles.

This place has fallen off tremendously.. The food is rarely fresh. The fries and nuggets often taste like they were cooked in days old grease. The employees don’t pay attention to detail…if you ask for a sandwich with no ketchup….you still get ketchup on the sandwich. If you ask are the fries fresh…the say yes but they are not. My last 3 experiences there have been horrible and I refuse to spend another dime there. And the inside is filthy. Especially where they prepare the food!

Stopped by this Wendy's for takeout 30min ago. Ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals. Went to bathroom: nasty. Started to doubt eating from there. Got drinks, wet/sticky soda all over the floor. Flies flying all around. Tables all dirty. Used napkins, food, condiment containers on the floor. 10min in, asked for update: waiting on chicken. 20 min in asked again: waiting on fries. Finally 5 min ago asked where was our order, told only 1 medium fry ready. Said we'd take that & go. Got back on the road, the 1 fries we got were ok, but the chicken sandwiches over cooked & hard. Will never ever stop at this Wendy's again. @wendys, y'all should be ashamed to have this as a franchisee.
