Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes....got my nuggets they were cold old and hard.......DO BETTER. SLOW SERVICE AND COLD FOOD NOT GOOD

Wish I could give zero stars, waited in line for 30 minutes for INEDIBLE food and terrible service. I literally took one bite of my burger, couldn’t drink my soda(it tasted way off) and the fries tasted like they were cooked hours ago. Terrible service but the food was actually atrocious.

Can’t speak on the quality of the food cause I promise you THEY HAVE THE NASTIEST ATTITUDES I have EVER witnessed! A few times I had to just pull off cause ain’t no way I can order and keep my cool at the same time! I’ll keep my money…hope they keep a job! Maybe provide a few etiquette classes before putting them on the schedule! My kids want those pineapples frosty’s when they had the SpongeBob theme and ironically the lids weren’t on securely and they spilled in my car (Mercedes) of course I called no answer and when I went back the young lady (that’s what I’ll call her) slammed the window in my face and rolled her eyes! I’m going to stay on corporates line until they clean house . The one in Creedmor is equally rude and nasty! Apparently these employees don’t understand the difference between being disrespectful and/or getting disrespected!!! Stop playing with ppl!

Took forever for my order to be taken - several employees standing around when they could've came to take other people's orders while the main cashier was busy. No sense of urgency. Food came out fast once ordered.

I went into the dining room where I was ignored, I was the only customer at the time. I got tired of waiting and went to the drive thru where I waited over 5 minutes for my order to be taken, only for me having to say hello? To get service. Waited forever for my food, my fries were burned, my drinks watery, the only thing good was the sandwiches. Will not be back, would NOT recommend.

Lazy teenagers don’t wanna work, can’t count money, don’t know the difference between unsweetened and sweet tea.. it’s sad where has common sense gone and laziness gotten so bad..

Cashier taking money & handing put food shouldn't be in any kind of customer service role! Did NOT provide total owed - just snatched card out of my hand. Did NOT acknowledge order in any way or thank me for my business....body language & facial expression communicated total smugness & disdain. I don't spend my money in exchange for rudeness!

The food was fine. The service was also fine. The staff were nice and addressed our needs. The atmosphere was lacking though. They were out of straws, napkins, and the place was messy often.

Went here cause another restaurant I went to couldn't serve me food cause they were severely understaffed. The food here was hot and fresh the young woman at the register was friendly. Had a good experience at this wendy's.
