Tonight was the third time we have dined at 1775. This a a charming, upscale restaurant in a lovely old historic house. The decor inside is well matched to the period of the building. We went there to celebrate my birthday. They had selections of wine and beer that were very good. The food was very good; all perfectly cooked. I had the lamb ragu which consisted of chunks of lamb shank, penne pasta, bolognese sauce and pecorino. I wasn't sure about the combination but it was absolutely delicious.
