I usually really enjoy the food here, but today wasn't it. My fries were cold, the burgers weren't fresh and were sloppily thrown together. I understand that these things happen, but I've never had anything but a spectacular experience up until today. Definitely disappointed

The last two times I've ordered and waited for a chicken sandwich and I got a hamburger. I live in Edenton and drive to Hertford to get the wrong meal. It's most frustrating. If the young lady hadn't been so pleasant, I wouldn't have provided a 4 star.

I use the mobile app, and this has happened 2x at least now. I order 2 large mashed potatoes, and an 8 piece chicken. Mashed potatoes were tinged brown. They are constantly out of large containers so split into tons of little ones. Sometimes with the mashed potatoes and gravy together... We don't like that... The chicken was like double fried hard old chicken. It was literally inedible. By the time I got home, checked it out, and would have got back, the store was closed so there was no way to handle that. I will not eat at this hardees anymore. Nothing at all was wrong with the girl at the window by the way. She was great.

Why do they run out of food? The manager needs to go to training how to order food. This running out of food runs customers away . Think the owner needs to step in and make it right . For sure losing money.

Waited in drive-thru ..seems like for about 5 minutes...not everyone has time to just hang out..just left with nothing...will think about stopping next time maybe...can't rate food did not get any...
